Sadia is amazing! She is always so helpful to my husband and I, she helped with my engagement ring over 5 years ago and we haven't stopped going ever since. Her experience and knowledge of all my pieces makes the experience person able. No offense to anyone else, theres another young lady who's great too i dont know her name but thanks as always!

I don’t usually shop at the big name stores . I prefer more service and 1 on 1 experience. Not only was the sales rep terrific ! But Valerie the manager took care of my sizing and even price adjusted to an online sale . No questions asked . I will definitely coming back for that type of service ! Ty very much Valerie and team ! Great experience!

Went in to look at pocket watches for a gift. Online website for Zales has them at 25% off. Was given an attitude right away. They did offer a 10% discount but I guess I will just order online and save more. Sad because I was excited for the hand on experience. I got to see the item and now know I like it enough to buy it somewhere else. I will never shop again at the Zales at the mall.

Sadia and Valerie have my utmost respect. They treated me like family the moment I stepped into the store. They made obtaining lifelong masterpieces joyful, exciting, and most of all simple. There is no better jewelry store on Long Island! I can assure you that. I can not see myself purchasing jewelry with out their exceptional guidance and expertise.
