“A very great aerie store! I feel like these places are a hit or miss for me. I came the day after Black Friday (yes my own mistake) and they were amply staffed and ready to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The greeter at the door as well as two other employees were quick to point me in the right direction. I was looking for a new item that wasn’t on the floor yet, though in stock according to the website, and the girl helping me went into the back to get it for me rather than telling me it wasn’t there. There is always some kind of deal going on whether in store or on the website, so make sure you check before you shop!”
“Manager David was the most helpful respectful patient and hard working employee. he spent at least 30 minutes helping with a return and re-purchase. this man deserves a raise. he even shook our hands at the end. he never got frustrated and took his time. if you need help in this location ask for him!!!!”

“Went to return 2 items that came in 1 box because of their size. The female rep that took my box asked for the receipt, which clearly stated 2 items, yet this incompetent girl scanned the box and only entered 1 item. She proceeded to tell me how much my refund would be, which I asked her if she read the printout I gave her, which stated that it would be the full amount. Her attitude sucked, I almost lost my patience with her. The male rep had to come and assist her by showing her what to do. She didn't even apologize for her mistake and behavior. Macy's need to do better.”
“Large selection of clothing for both men and women, can find some really great deals if you look hard enough. Unfortunately it is pretty disorganized aside from being split between fender and age. Basically like shopping one giant clearance rack for the most part.”

“Large selection, but sizes tend to run small and they don't stock a lot of larger sizes in general. Prices are pretty fair and they have a lot of interesting things, but unfortunately really only for smaller girls. If that's you go for it because they do have some nice stuff”
“It’s a very clean place but it’s expensive which is expected because of the brand. The staff is nice and there’s a decent selection of stuff. It’s alway nice to look in and that’s all I really suggest doing unless you’re willing to spend.”
