This past Sunday November 19th 2023 I had to go into the Verizon store to ask about my screen I was so worried it was cracked. I met with Mark the store manager who looked at my phone & was beyond nice explaining & showing me that it was just the screen saver that had cracked. He was extremely calming & easy to work with He asked another worker named Jonathan to go get a new screen saver & put it on my phone & with in minutes my I phone was back to perfect & Mark again was such a pleasure to talk with & work with. Both Makr & jonathan I highly recommend speaking with . They will make your Verizon experience very smooth & comfortable.Thank you again,Pat.P

KUMA the salesman was ATROCIOUS!RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I'm sure there are some salespeople there that are great, but the salesman and the "Mgr" I dealt with were absolutely the WORST. Very pushy, very rude, condescending, down talking -kept telling me I was wrong about my account and what I paid. I think they saw a female walk into the store and thought "cha-ching", and when I called them out on it they got nasty. BTW, tried to sell me a phone, WITH a $500 trade in value for a extra $62/mo!!!!!!! I called verizon, it's $9/mo for 36 mo. Just call the verizon reps, save yourself the aggravation.

Went in the first time, the rep helped me out right away. Walked outside and then remembered I had another question, walked back in, the same rep was busy with other customers. Funny thing, there was 2 other reps sitting there doing nothing and they didn't even bother offering to help. Excellent experience for a customer that's just switched to Verizon

I bought a phone from this store and with my phone came a 200 e-gift card when u sign up with Verizon. DLL I was never told that I would have to switch my number over from my old company in order to eligible. This is horrible customer service. The guy was very rude nasty and inconsiderate. I'm beyond disappointed and I've never been treated so poorly. They need to do better!

Wife signed a contract for $50 month. Gets a letter in mail. We are changing your contract to $900 month. RIP OFF. CON ARTIST.To Verizon. Not anything can be done. It was over ten years ago.

This is a nice store. Unfortunately its also a very busy location so you may have to wait a few minutes for assistance. The employees are very helpful and friendly though so its worth it.

I ordered a new phone upgrade online and it did not ship when it was supposed to before traveling. I ended up coming into the store to cancel and then came back again after my trip. They were able to get me a much better deal on my trade in then I was able to get online. This is not the closest verizon store but it is much better than any franchise location that is closer.

I find it amazing a very large company like Verizon, which I pay over $650.00 monthly for my family plan, will not give any assistance if the phone you purchased from their store fails to operate as designed.. I would like it if a manager would call me from Verizon to explain that to me.Michael

The “manager” Brian is a blatant money hungry liar who should never be trusted. He literally lied to my face and told me he couldn’t get into my account all because I told him I was quoted a cheaper rate online, and of course he wanted one of his baby sharks to charge me more. Shame on you Brian. You won’t last long with that character.

Extremely, unethically pushy with upselling. Would not stop trying every method to sell me accessories after I said all I want is to upgrade my phone. As I denied every attempt, the attempts grew more aggressive and frustrating with the two questioning my choices in inappropriate ways. Called in reinforcements to try and sell me on a Verizon home internet trial after stating twice that I live on the move for work. No respect and why I usually opt to order online but next time I need in person support I’ll just go back to the Apple Store.

Worst company in existence!!20 years Im with them and the last six years nothing but nightmares, lies, broken promises and major loss of business! I hate Verizon and all their stores thanks for the worst customer service and phone service!!

If you have any problems they will solve the problem very knowledgeable and very organized and everybody is very nice and they got a phone a plan that would fit your budget ??

Came here to get new phones and Ahmed did a great job answering all our questions and helping us with our upgrade. I highly recommend this place as they are great. It does get pretty busy though but worth the wait.
