Been going here for years stopped awhile back just because I wanted my nails to breathe. When I went back I started going to Emily she is super sweet, gentle, and caring. She will do any design exactly how you show it to her! Place is always crowded so definitely recommend going during the week if you can I'm making an appointment!

I visit urban nails once a month and I always treat myself to their spa pedicures. They never disappoint me ! The shop is always clean and the staff is always so friendly. Today I tried their dip powder manicure ( I usually go to a different place for powder) and May did such a great job. I always leave Urban nails with a smile on my face. I highly recommend them .

Terrible experience. Went multiple times and each time I waited more than 20 minutes to be seated. The first time I went, I was a walk in and it was expected to wait but still very annoying. The next time I went, I made an appointment in advance, I came 10 min before my appointment for a mani pedi. They had me sit down in the pedicure chair with no water, nothing happening for a full 35 min since my scheduled appointment time. No one acknowledged me and it wasn't until I glanced over a few times that someone came to fill it with water. Service was absolutely terrible, and I told the lady at the front desk when I went to pay my frustration for having to wait even with my appointment and she did not care and was just staring at my credit card waiting for me to pay, didn't look me in my eyes once. Absolutely terrible. And on top of it, my nails (pedi and manicure) started to chip after a few days. Not worth the time, the money or energy. Definitely will not be returning.Services: Pedicure

I was hesitant to go here after reading some of the terrible reviews but it’s my mother-in-laws favorite nail salon. We just got a manicure with a top coat. ($15). I waited until my second visit to review. The staff on both occasions were welcoming and David did a fabulous job on my nails. The polish lasted two weeks, which was longer than I expected. Will go again.

The worst nail salon experience of my life. I had UV gel still on my toes and the girl was about to paint over it so I asked her to take it off and she said no and painted over it. Then I had an acrylic set on and wanted a fill. So I told them I had an acrylic set on and she ripped off one of the nails, pulling my real nail up and said “no this is gel” and I explained that I watched the last place put acrylic on and we argued for a few minutes over it. Then she said she had to take all of my acrylics off because they had gotten water under them (which U agreed because that makes sense). Her taking the nails off was brutally painful. Then she said she was going to do a full new set and I told her I didn’t want that I just wanted paint now and she said “no you have to do acrylic now because your nails are thin” and I kept telling her that I did not want that because of how thin my nails were from it and she argued with me about it for 5 minutes. It was very clear that Urban nails tries to get money for any little thing they do for you. I would never go back or recommend Urban to anyone.Services: Pedicure

Do not go here for your acrylics. Pretty sure I have a woman named "emily" who had no idea how to do them. If your employees do not know how to do acrylics YOU SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO. I came in for a fill in for the first time. Once she was done "filling them" I looked down and could still see a huge space between my acrylic and my finger, big enough where I could literally point and fit my nail into it so I could say "can you please fill this?...." She looked and me and said she did and was annoyed. Then proceeded to throw on more acrylic on each finger in a sloppy way. Not to mention how many times she then burned my fingers with the drill they were literally bleeding by the time she was done. Everyone around me heard me saying OUCH and her oh sorry sorry... everyone looked confused because it kept happening. Then didn't even compare each finger to the one on the other hand which they should always be doing to make sure they are the same size. She tells me "no no each finger always different"...... uhm no it should be measured so they're not all different sizes like mine were. One of the nails was literally half the size and a different shape. I had to ask her three times to fix it. Even the owner (who kept Coming over to assure me it would be fine by the end, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt before the end) came over and knew I was right because she looked disappointed in her employee and told her to fix it. Would NEVER come back here for my acrylics. I wanted to get a pedicure after and couldn't even bare to stay in there any longer. Why is it impossible to find a good acrylic girl?!

My first visit there and I’m sure I will never let Melanie do my nails, again. She rushed through the pedicure. She cut me twice while clipping my nails. She also did a manicure and left some of my old polish on my nails. When I complained about her cutting me. She just pulled my foot closer to her.Service: Manicure

Best nail salon around. I get a gel powder manicure and it lasts for weeks and weeks. They use products that are great, my nails stay strong and don't break. Great color choices too!
