My son loves coming to this place, it's super nice and helps him interact with super cool people, but I think they need to lower the price a little and put more food and soft drinks on the menu

These people are hella rude. I called them to ask if they had a drone on their prize shelf and instead of just giving me an answer. They just hung up on me!The person who answered my call was a woman.

This place is a wreckless and a complete danger zone!! Stay away!!! My 10 year old son got brutally attacked (punched in the face multiple times) by some teenagers twice his size for stopping their little brother from cutting other kids with razor blades. Instead of the place taking proper measures by calling police or investigating the issue they basically raised their hands saying “it’s not our job to call cops on violent behaviors” they completely treated this type of behavior as normal and nothing they can do. Meanwhile my little boy is suffering from this attack and no repercussion. The security guard did absolutely nothing and when we told him please do not let these criminals go until the cops show up ignore the whole thing and just did not care. The owner also had zero regard of any of this. There’s no proper staff. There is no control over any of these kids. Someone could get killed and they just would not care

Today was a really bad day, this was my first time going here and it will be my last. Today I brought my kid to his friend's birthday party. While playing, my child's friend had an argument with an unknown child. The child went to find his family. Later, his two older brothers (who looked about fourteen or fifteen years old) came to find my child's friend. After chasing him around for several times, my child's friend was eventually cornered, one person pushed him, and another slapped and punched him in the face. My child's friend had tinnitus and felt dizzy and his face was swollen after being beaten. After the beating, they ran away and left the place. During the whole incident, no staff member came forward to stop it, and the children were in a panic and could not find the staff member. They are just 10-year-old children who have to experience such terrible and terrible things. It's really pathetic. After we called the police, while we were waiting, the staff inside had to kick us out because they had finished get off work and had finished cleaning. They said we could not stay there any longer. It was already after nine o'clock and it was very cold and dark outside. , how can we stay outside with a dozen children? And the matter has not been resolved yet, we ask for surveillance to find the person who hit the person! He's going to drive us away like this! When the cop comes,we get a report.and when we get home,my son said he is sad and scary. I hope they can help cop to find them

The place is great tho awesome for the kids they had a GREAT time. The kids had ALOT of Fun but I had to help 5 children under the age of 4 in 4 hours find their parents. Could be the parents fault but I see this as a big problem...idk if there can be more security or something but idk..

Very nice place but you need to keep an eye on your kids because other parents are always yelling at your kids for every little thing especially of yours are bigger than theres.

So many people crammed in at once that you can't move without bumping into someone. No organization by the employees to keep people moving in the right direction or keep areas from being packed well beyond the point of safety. Employees running the games give no directions which makes it take longer for players to realize the VR is faulty. Watched player after player walk around confused with no help by the employee, not even letting them know the game was over. The lack of organization makes it unsafe especially for little ones who were getting elbowed and knocked over by people just trying to use the equipment. It could probably still be a great experience with less people crammed into the building but it's absolutely overpriced. Hopefully my experience was unusual but I know I won't be paying over $300 again for my family to find out.

i had so much fun long island and nyc is sooo much better than virginia beach i wish i lived in new york again i'm so jealous.. my life goal is to one day move back to new york.. everyone was so friendly and i loved this place so much.. they even let me go into the big playground with the slides and stuff even though you have to be under 53 inches to go in.. they let me in though because i am autistic! i even have the proof if you wish to contact me i will give you all the proof that i am autistic and i am NOT afraid to prove! i also went on the obstacle course and the zipline.. the obstacle course was scarier but fun.. and the zipline was fun but you get bruises and stuff so be careful! well idk if everybody does but i got bruises and it hurt pretty badly.. but i still enjoyed it!i love this place so much and once urban air opens in newport news virginia i will be getting a membership! i just hope they let me in the playground.. i am autistic and i will be showing them proof if they ask me for it! i need to go in the playground as it helps with my SENSORY! i am avoiding everyone and am sticking to myself at all times.. i need this therapy as it helps with my sensory and stimming.. i need this to be happy and this height requirement is the WORST! i know it's because i'm big and for safety reason but I CAN'T CONTROL THAT I WAS BORN AUTISTIC!!! but i thank everyone who let me go into the playground.. especially that one staff i forgot his name but he was so nice and he let me go in the playground! i am 5'2 btw and that is over 52 inches.. but i will fight for my right to go in the playground! and if they don't let me go in that playground they are ABLEIST!!!!!! they are denying a person who is AUTISTIC to go in a playground! hopefully that doesn't happen though.. 8/10 place overall and i can't wait to be back :D

We had our company holiday party here this past week. It was my first time and it was so much fun.The chicken tenders were really good (that's all I tried). The claw machines actually work (I won both times I played). The staff were friendly and very accommodating.Just a note to those with sensitive feet: The rope bridge in the ball pit area really hurt. Consider a different route to get across. Overall, it was a great experience. I will be going back.

AMAZING experience today! All due to staff. Someone stole my phone off a chair when I jumped up to help a crying, lost little girl. They found the mom and my phone! The staff jumped into action without me asking. One employee was helping me and when I returned to the chair there were 4 manages on walkie talkies checking cameras. I was shocked. They were sympathetic and helpful. The found it near the front door and returned it to me. She even gave me the $10 I spent on the massage chair even tho I told her not to worry about it (I was so happy to have my phone back but I didn’t care about the $10). Kudos for going above and beyond!!!

Issa one and done for us. The "toddler" area is over run by big kids who bulldoze the babies and toddlers. Slides all smell like urine and then so did our pants and car seat on way home. I honestly don't know what the hype of the place is.

The good-it’s a fun spot for kids with plenty to do.The bad-first issue was at a birthday party my child attended. A kid spilled some juice, and when we told a staff member she told us “I can’t do anything about that” and walked away. Another mother and I ran around grabbing napkins and cleaned it up ourselves.Also-the staff generally does not adhere to any kind of safety rules. 15 year olds bouncing into 3 year olds? No problem! Kids jumping into the foam pits onto one another? Rock on! But don’t worry? You’ve signed a waiver that excuses them of any irresponsibility on that frontWorse? We attended with friends on a day where it wasn’t so busy. The kids were having a blast and decided to go on the bumper cars. As they were walking to the cars, the kid running the cars TURNED THEM ON. The cars immediately started moving, knocking my daughter down and terrifying the girls. The boy running the cars only noticed because we started screaming, and was able to shut them off. The boy and another employee brought over some ice for her, and that was it. Not even an apology—the boy running the cars just set “I don’t know how that happened” and both walked away. I reached out to management after the fact and scheduled a call, but they never got back to me. Even if they did, I’m sure they’d offer free passes or something, but I won’t return.

Kids loved it! So much better than your typical "indoor trampoline park" and well worth the money for the platinum pass! Adults can just hang out and watch the kids have fun, so entry is free if you don't want to utilize the attractions. So many fun things to do, not just for the kids, but the adults will have fun too! You could easily stay for hours. We went on a Monday afternoon, the last week before the school year started, and it was not busy at all. The facility was clean, as were restrooms. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I got a soft pretzel at the snack bar, but it definitely wasn't soft. I let the server know, and she put on a fresh pretzel for me immediately. I will definitely come back again with my family and would recommend trying Urban Air out of you're looking to go to a trampoline spot. It exceeded my expectations, to be honest, and that is a rare feat!
