Went there with my daughter for back to school shopping, can’t say much about the clothes as it’s not my style, but a young man named Jake was super helpful making suggestions and made the trying on process a lot quicker than a usual mall run!

Cute clothes but as I was crouching down to get a necklace, I heard the employees start laughing at me. I turned around, saw them looking at me, and heard them say something about how I was crouching down weird and my shirt. Got anxious, bought my shirt and jewelry, and left. Overall not a good experience, which is unfortunate because they have great stuff. You’d think a business your giving your money too would treat you better but oh well :/

The selection of clothes is awesome but why do they always ask you if your ok when your in the changing room like 10x? It's like they treat you like a thief when your trying on a $20 dollar t-shirt.

Bella is always the most helpful worker whenever I go in. She is so outgoing, handing out compliments left and right. Makes me so comfortable to try stuff on and the first to tell me it looks amazing on me or jumping to grab me another size. Thank u Bella <3

Best thing about this place is the customer service! Greeted as soon as you walk in, employees nice & helpful from the associates to the management. They carry name brands, but also a good clearance section & prices if you're looking for a bargain. Open fitting rooms, which is great since some stores have theirs still closed. And a free Rewards program that gives you $ back the more you spend (just leave your email, not a credit card). Would recommend stopping in.

Prices don't seem to drop as much or that often. It's slow most of the time because people tend to walk in and then they walk out just as fast. I feel they cannot meet their budget needs. As someone who used to work there (not too long ago/during Covid) I've seen it. Hours were cut drastically if you didn't work as hard to bond with customers. You could be a hard-worker who helps keep the store neat and clean, but that apparently didn't matter to them. Same kind of pressure that Bath and Body Works puts on their employees. Not healthy. Maybe one day they may go out of business because of their rules. They once gave me a 30% (many years back) coupon and insisted around the 3rd time that I wasn't allowed to use it on something. Probably because they were mad I was saving on something they don't accept returns for. And people seem more drawn to H&M or Cotton On or Macy's because they're a little more sensible with their clearance prices.

TILLYS Bravery Honor Loyalty & Sacrifice on the frontlines in honor of customer fulfillment delivering safety first in response to Covid 19 pandemic. Abiding by all NYS & CDC rules and regulations. All staff equipped in PPE wearing mask. All entering mandatory mask wearing enforced social distancing plexiglass for separation in checkout wiping down countertops after all transactions monitoring as a team of social distancing. Dressing rooms open which was very accommodating in these times.As I went in with my 10 yr. old son looking for new style plaid button up we found an array of styles. Erin was very helpful in finding sizes and offering any help. Amanda the same for myself surprising falling in love with the vintage styles first time purchaser everything fit perfect. Sales were insane. Also one of my favorite lines Free People only $20. A new fashionable leather mid waist jacket from $100 to $30 after 2 markdowns. So in love with the purchases and the prices we returned a few days later for my daughter. Unique suede brown authentic mid waist jacket 100 to $70I exchanged a jacket Carmine helped pull down from high display introducing himself and offering any assistance. Lance returned and applied return on a gift card. Jordan was fabulous in complimenting attire styles. Amanda walk me to area of inquiry offering assistance as well. As a team the collaborated in excellent consumer engagement continuing safety throughout. SAVED LOTS OF MONEY.. TOTAL 53.85 Store displays absolutely gorgeous with a signature touch.... Fun jewelry Sunglasses watches under garments Ted tag & Yellow tags promotions & sales.....Status Update.... Family loved!!! Downtown city feel. They are open and ready for business. They are limiting how many people come in. They are cleaning the registers after each customer but a staff was not so friendly.
