My husband is big into Lego (as I write this he's currently building something he just bought from this store). This particular store has great staff, we're always greeted when we walk in, asked if we need help, and the cashiers are fast and efficient. They have what we're looking for each time we go in, and we leave happy

Disappointing experience at the Lego store. While browsing with my young child, the store manager Greg was visibly annoyed and rolled his eyes at another employee, seemingly in response to us asking him for help. This unprofessional behavior from a manager is unacceptable. Employees should treat all customers, especially families with children, with kindness and respect. I expect higher standards from a major retail brand like Lego. I would not recommend this location based on the poor customer service we received.

The people here are so nice! There’s a woman who works here (her name tag said “Glo”), who was so unbelievably sweet to my two-year-old daughter. Ty for your kindness!

This store might be smaller than the ones in the city though it always carries the latest sets not just for the lunar new year. It has Star Wars, Marvel and Harry Potter sets to name a few.It also has sets that cater to younger children (ex: duplo) and sets for older children (ex: friends or city toys).Employees are always welcoming and helpful. Legos are not cheap though sometimes you can find sales if you look.

The Lego Staff did an outstanding job! Our first visit there. They were fully on hand and explained the items in detail. Even signed us up for VIP Lego Rewards program! Thanks Ben!

I LOVE stopping by and shopping at this LEGO Store! The employees here are more like brand ambassadors. They take care of their customers and do whatever they can within reason to make sure your shopping trip is fun and successful. The manager, Jim is a professional leader who not only knows how to treat customers, he also knows how to treat staff judging by the number of long time employees happily working here. When the staff is happy and outgoing, it just makes the customers feel happy as well.As a very serious LEGO builder and buyer, I am very happy to shop at this store. The employees are friendly and treat you with respect. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about their job, the company they work for and the product itself. It seems like most of the crew here build with LEGO themselves so when you have a question about a product or specific element, they know what you are talking about. I have been fortunate enough to experience the impeccable customer service at this store and it keeps me coming back.

I went yesterday and we met Ryan. He was sweet, knowledgeable, and kind. He was at the front table making figures. I asked for help with healthcare keychains and he was so happy to bring me to my nurse keychain that lights up. I brought it because of him. Thanks again Ryan.
