I called this location in hopes of them helping me find an ornament. They did something called a pay-by-link, I believe, and were going to have another store reach out to me and ship me the item. Unfortunately, the sales associate failed to mention that the ornament was in stock, but broken. I ended up with no ornament.

Jorge is AMAZING!! He is kind patient, informative and has a great personality!!! He shines as much as the GORGEOUS crystal in the store. Best experience ever!!! Thank you Jorge and everyone go to this location for your Swarovski!!

Stopped in the Times Square store and what I wanted was out of stock. Extremely nice salesman called the Smith Haven Mall store and they overnighted the item to my home. The saleswoman, Melania, wrote a very nice note along with my purchase. They really went above and beyond - great customer service!

I used to work in the Smithhaven Mall, and would visit Swarovski often. When they came out with their swan collection, I knew I just had to have the ring! My Grandmother, who has passed loved swans and it reminded me of her! The ring was beautiful, and I've had it for a lot close or maybe over a year. A stone had fallen out of my ring, and thought I would take a visit to the Mall today to see if it could be fixed. The lovely Sales woman quickly replaced my swan ring on the spot- no charge, no hassle! I was so impressed with the service I received that I bought my Mother the same ring for Christmas! I will definitely shop here again! I can't thank you enough for making my day! Happy Holidays!

This store used to be so wonderfully staffed in years past. There was a woman named Lilian who was an absolute delight, followed up with is before Thanksgiving each year and always took care of us during holiday shopping. This time around - not so much. The best way I can describe the women working today would be a bunch of dingbats. It wasn't even crowded - there were two or three other patrons in the store aside from the two of us the 15 minutes we were there. They awkwardly and loudly discussed price every time (truly, every time) we inquired about an item. We just wanted to see the items out of the glass case - not looked at with a face that says "are you sure?". Then, upon check out, we left with quite a few items, and I got home to find that they forgot two - completely. Didn't even ring us up for them. I am not sure if they work on commission, I would be surprised if they do. This wasn't just one sales person, it was all three that we dealt with. Just such a bizarre and disappointing experience.
