My wife Kathy and I highly recommend Leslie at Miracle Ear in Lake Grove! She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. She takes the time to ask lots of questions to be sure the hearing aids are customized specifically for your needs and so comfortable my wife sometimes forgets she’s wearing them.

Brought my aunt in for a hearing test and Leslie was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Hearing aids not needed at this time, but when needed, we will be sure to return to the Lake Grove office.

Leslie has been taking care of my Dad for over a year now. Her patience knows no end. She is extremely thorough, repeating questions often, encouraging my Dad to take his time and explain as best he can every detail of his concerns. I highly recommend her to all whom need a professional to guide them through the process of acclimating to hearing aides. You could not ask for a more pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable person.

This location just doesn't REALLY care if your honest and tell them you truly can't afford their prices rude staff who don't even return a phone call or " are with a customer " very arrogant when they can't sell what they claim is a $6700.00 dollar hearing aid the smiles disappear fast Not even one star is deserved Know that this location tells a potential client to sign in their own handwriting a notarized statement that they truly can't afford a hearing aid or have a bank account they offer a miracle ear foundation to help someone in need, be aware there is a charge for $150.00 application fee in advance it gives them permission to " blend in " and manipulate into a person's life Even a retired disabled person one can only assume this is why they lock their front door a person has to be "let " in Will never not recommend to anyone
