I made a purchase online and I wanted to return it and rebuy using my merchandise credit. I went to MK smith haven store they refused and said oh the policy has changed, we have to sent back merchandise to warehouse for refund and so we cannot sell the merchandise in store. Lack of knowledge I guess!I went to Mk Roosevelt field and manager their made everything so smooth and easy. Such a great customer service, when you enter it, you see smiling faces and feel welcomed but in smith haven it feels like oh no here is another customer!I would suggest to take a drive and visit either Roosevelt field or Walt Whitman.

Place an order on 01/12/2023 with a delivery date of 01/19/3023. It's a birthday present. Without prior notice they cancel my order and when I call customer service, far from giving me a solution to have even another product on the indicated delivery date, they do not offer me any alternative. They have left me hanging, it seems to me an incredible lack of professionalism. I will not hesitate to make negative propaganda in any medium within my reach.

It’s a very clean place but it’s expensive which is expected because of the brand. The staff is nice and there’s a decent selection of stuff. It’s alway nice to look in and that’s all I really suggest doing unless you’re willing to spend.
