Customer service was the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Me and my friends went into the store to look at some soaps and ended up having a very nice conversation with the employees! They even complimented something I was wearing. Just overall awesome experience.

Service is meh….associates were not helpful, you were on your own, stood there and stared like you would steal something. Walt Whitman location…they are amazing, friendly and cheerful.

This location hands down has some of the most beautiful souls working there. I go in looking for 1 thing and walk out with 10. They always show me around. Show me new products. Usually I don't like being bothered while shopping but their energy is so vivacious and fun. The girls here really know their stuff and are so sweet and seem to truly care about their customers. I have never walked in not feeling amazing after walking out. Even after spending my whole check hahaha. This location is the best lush store on long Island and ny favorite. I'm a regular and will continue to be. They are always so amazing with my son who has adhd as well. One girl takes him around shopping in the store and he always comes home with a boat load of goodies that they helped him pick. I cannot thank your staff staff for how kind and patient they are with him and all of their customers.Also I just saw the most idiotic comment from a racist who claimed they only follow black people..stop your nonsense. They follow everyone to help them. I'm pale as they come and I love it. Feels like I have a personal shopper. Check your skin color at the door. There are NO racists here at this store! Disgusting and sad to even see someone post something so false and stupid.
