Will not do returns, even if you haven’t even left the store yet, and the associates clearly see that you have not left, nor worn or tried on the earrings or necklaces.They also don’t do paper receipts, so when it finally takes 5 minutes for your email receipt to load and you realize that you bought the wrong products, you’re sht out of luck on returning them. It’s also 3 times more frustrating when you have a cashier that is trying to hurry you out instead of provide be customer service. I made it clear twice to her to hat the price seemed way higher than I thought it would be, and instead of going through the price of each of the 5-6 product with me, she just picked up the 3 belly rings I got and said “ well these are almost 20 each, which basically adds up to like $70, so that’s why.” When they, in fact, all only added up to 60$. So a pair of earrings that picked up directly from a “$5” section… i spent $20 instead, with 0 way to return or exchange it. Frustrating to shop and stores where this type of nonsense happens.
