I have been coming here for almost 10 years, and the cardio machines are constantly breaking and stay broken for an extended period of time. On top of that, on multiple occasions, the treadmills would stop and give an error when I’m in the middle of my workout. I won’t be re-uping my membership when it expires. It isn’t worth the high price when machines are constantly broken.

This gym is seriously disgusting. I used to love it here during covid they had spray bottles and paper towels everywhere and it was super clean. Now, they took away all of napkins and spray bottles and you have to go on a scanvenger hunt to find a wet wipe and patiently wait until the machine dries since there are no napkins. I stopped going here because they never fix their machines. I sent them an email awhile ago about it instead of writing a bad review but i just went there today and there are 10+ treadmills with error codes or scheduled for service signs. Im not sure if Management changed after covid but this is an overly packed location they really need to step up and fix their machines or renovate instead of putting a scheduled for service sign on it for months. This gym makes it very hard to stay motivated

By far the nicest Gym I've ever been to in Long Island. this is going to be my new home gym for sure. Staff is awesome, Equpment is awesome, list goes on and on

I had an excellent experience at the LA Fitness Lake Grove location, thanks to Jerel G. He greeted me warmly, explained the plans clearly, and answered all my questions with patience. His professionalism and enthusiastic service led to my decision to join as a member. Highly recommend!

Dumbbells all over the place. Paper towels all over the floor. Nobody respects this gross gym I've never been in a gym quite like...the mens locker room is repulsive on another level I can't believe someone hasn't gotten some type of rare airborne disease in there. Most of the stair masters have been out of order for over a year. Seated cable row also.

I was extremely upset this am, walking into the gym and finding out Kyra had been fired due to her children being with her while she works.
This is absolutely ridiculous. When I drop my 2 year told off, it's a great feeling that he has somebody to play with GUARANTEED.
Finding somebody you trust to watch your young child while you get some "you time" is extremely difficult these days and I am absolutely disgusted at
LA fitness for this absurd termination.
This gym is BY FAR one of the worst managed. Employees no where to be found, weights all over the floor, dirty restrooms. The only good thing going for this gym- was Kyra and her children.
Please reconsider this termination immediately.

I used to like this gym because of the person who worked in the kids klub. After months of having not having a reliable person in there, there finally was for the last 6 months. New management now fired her for bringing her own kids to the kids klub. I know I’m not the only parent who is / will be upset about this. Kiera was so good with all the kids in there. I could enjoy my workouts without worrying about my danger. She would sing to them, read to them, play with them, etc. When the other workers cover in the kids klub they are always on their phones. That’s not how you supervise babies / toddlers / kids who are all together in an area. This gym is a mess as it is and the one good thing here was Kiera. Pre Kiera, you would have to call the gym everyday to see if kids klub was open and 9/10 times it was not because there was nobody to work in there. Why get rid of her right before summer? Time to go to crunch ✌?

Clean club , great staff , weight room
Is spotless . Free parking . Staff greets u and always smiling . Coming back tomorrow for sure !!!!
