Walked in on a whim and was very pleased with my experience, the service was quick and easy which is always a plus. The recommendations given to me by Fiton were a hit when I got back home to my family, would certainly come back again.

I recently visited this well-kept, clean and friendly chocolate shop. I had the pleasure of being greeted and helped by Fiton, with a welcoming smile. He was accommodating, and generously offered a sample of an option I was interested in. Thank you for a good experience!

I had an excellent experience with Brianna, Diana and Nick. Briana was very instrumental in assisting me with purchase of the chocolate. Her recommendations led me to getting different flavors for my family and I. I would highly recommend this place and its staff. I felt welcomed the minute I entered the store.

Malls good but the bathrooms!!!! Yuck!!!The JFK airport has cleaner bathrooms than that. Truly disgusting. Needs a re-do asap

This mall is slowly letting itself go. The roof leaks in the food court right at the column outside Kay Jewelers since last Christmas (2022). What's going on here??? Fix the leak before someone claims a lawsuit!

Boutique store stocked with exotic fine chocolates in many different flavors. Excellent quality flavored chocolate and fancy chocolate truffles.

***My review is based solely on Showcase store. I do NOT believe Smith Haven is a bad mall.***I brought my daughter into Showcase. She found a toy she had been looking for, but the price was nearly triple what other stores were asking!!! A toy that is normally $8.99, they were trying to sell for $18.99!!! Many toys were open and had been taped sealed to pass as 'new'.(Thankfully, FYE had a better selection and was asking for the normal retail price. Game Stop also carried some these toys for the retail price.)Really disappointed in Smith Haven Mall for having this kind of store.
