Arrived at store today (8/14/24) to pick up my apple watch at 5:40 PM. I was told to pick up my watch before 7PM today. When I arrived at 5:40 PM, store was locked up, lights off and there was a little girl sitting on the coach ( approximately 8-10 years old). I knocked on the window and she went to the back of the store. I called corporate office and they said they would call the person. I then seen a man and woman come from the back of the store with 2 other children and the same girl that was in the store. He approached me and he gave me his phone. The person got on the phone and said he had to close early. I told him that is no way to run a business, no sign that the store was closed early. I went out of my way to pick up my watch and didn't even receive a phone call. Nevertheless, having a child by the front window in the store with the lights off and door locked. Now that's pretty upsetting and sad to see.

Needed my IPad fixed. Called and got a price, quote of 70. I rushed down to get there by 6pm to get it fixed as promised. When I got there he wasn’t there ( left for over an hour with a sign on the door) When he arrived he said that was the price for an IPhone 7 which would be double that for iPad. Bait and switch. I would not have asked for iPhone 7 my iPhone is a 13. Don’t recommend.

I had an issue where my android phone screen was completely black - this happened randomly while on the charger. I use the phone for business and I could not get the screen to do anything. I brought the phone to the team at Lake Grove iFixScreens and they were able to fix the phone the same day. Saved me a lot of headaches! Highly recommended.

after my stupid ex demolish my laptop....i thought i lost all my data collected over the years specially all my work projects i was super upset. i decided to visit this location and give a try since i didn't have nothing to loose. Hesh was the one who help me nice guy. he told me no everything is lost, he explain to me all the options for data recovery they provide and gave me some hope. so agree with the easiest option. few days later he contact me and told all my data was successfully save to an external drive. I'm so happy they could retrieve all my data what a relief. the staff i was super friendly all the work was faster than i thought. all i can say is thanks to ifixscreens. highly recommended .
