Their styles are so nice ans they're the ONLY store so far that have pants that genuinely fit me (I'm a 00) ans their styles are so cute. A hit pricey but good quality and worth it. Store was clean as well as fitting rooms the staff was really nice ans helpful.

sad, this place was horrible the experience was overwhelming uncomfortable I walked around with my friends with a very little purse from target, my friend had a book bag she left, we could feel the stares on us, I learned my lesson I will only shop online. there’s ways to make sure no one is stealing but how they made me feel was horrible. I spent 700 one time in that store and every time I come I spend 100-300 dollars NEVER AGAIN

literally the worst experience I’ve had in this mall, went in at 5:30 and wanted to try on a few pants and the girls were so rude, rolling their eyes like it was going to kill them to stay 5 minutes after closing. if you’re gonna be rude to customers because you can’t stay 5 minutes after closing, probably shouldn’t be working in customer service or don’t let us in the store to begin with?def will not be coming back to this store

I came in to return some clothes I ordered online, I had the receipt and the clothes but they refused to refund me because the price tags were missing when they literally said in front of my face that it was fine and they could just print new ones. I decided to exchange the clothes instead and picked out a few items that matched the price of the items I was returning, but the cashier said I owed $20 and when I asked why she didn't even bother to check she just asked another employee for help (who was much more knowledgeable and the only reason they are getting that 1 star right now). The receipt clearly says the prices of what I bought and it is so easy to match them up to the items I wanted to exchange. Also, in the end, the other employee said that they owed me $5 so the cashier told me to put in my card to get that $5, but when I checked after I left the store, she had charged me 5 extra dollars instead of refunding it to me. At that point I was fed up so I didn't even go back to get the 5 back. Long story short, the cashiers don't know how to do their jobs, I should've just returned my items via mail.

Employee Maddy is one of the worst workers I have ever seen in awhile at Garage Smith Haven Mall. As someone who works in retail, I always mind my own business and ALWAYS be patient and understanding because I know how some customers can be and what workers have to put up with on a daily basis. With that being said, never have I found a ruder and less attentive employee. She reeks of marijuana, has a huge attitude problem (rolling eyes, groaning, etc.), has inappropriate makeup and dresses so skimpy. I honestly have no idea how this is allowed. Again, I am not trying to be a "Karen" here but trying to help the brand and this store in the best way that I can. After exiting the store other customers had voiced similar views as me so I knew writing this review would be best.

The manger Amy was very rude ! She caught an attitude for no reason and accused my friend of shop lifting! How unprofessional coming from a manger! I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable shopping in a store I go to frequently!

Great place for teens. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will go back. prices are on the high side but the quality looks wonderful.
