If I could give ZERO I would!! BUYER BEWARE! You use your card for a PURCHASE one time and they BEHIND your back charge you for a membership program that you are charged now monthly without notice !!! Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior happening. I will never step foot in here again! And letting all my friends and family know.

The lady at the register is a scammer BEWARE she told me she was signing me up for a rewards program for MY birthday next thing you know I’m being charged monthly for something I never signed up for ! The only time I put my card in was to pay and I never got a “membership” book or card!! What a scam!!!

Overall I really like FYE, you can get used DVD's for cheaper than amazon's used prices. So I do like this store.
However, yesterday, I popped in here to spend around $40 on used DVD's, I picked out my merchandise, the ONLY worker in the whole store was busy packing some merchandise out on the other side of the store. That's great, he's busy. But when I was ready to check out, I waited quietly on the line, i was the only person there. 2 minutes later, still NO acknowledgement. I said "excuse me" and "hello", loud enough to grab his attention, still NOTHING. I waited 3 more minutes with ZERO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I got fed up and dropped my merchandise, pretty loudly, in a bin and walked out. I looked at the worker and he still NEVER turned around. Nothing.
I will NOT shop there if that man is there. He doesn't care about making sales, he doesn't care about customer service, he'd rather not be bothered with customers. The other staff that works there is GREAT and are very helpful.

Eh, it's nice that places like this still exist, but the prices are astronomical. I found an item I wanted on "sale" here, and it was still almost $50 more than Amazon and Target sites were asking. I told the cashier and asked if they would match the price or something.She said no they don't do price matching and mocked me for supporting big corporations like Amazon and Target. Like, I'm sorry is FYE not a corporation? Lol. Also watch out for getting signed up for a subscription.
