Those of you that go here and get there pets ears cropped is cruel and it is an illegal cosmetic procedure in the state of New York. It is only allowed if A licensed veterinarian deems such operation medically necessary to
the life or health of the dog. So that basically means if it is not medically necessary for your dog’s health to live a happy healthy life and it is just cosmetic. It is completely illegal for them to be doing the procedure whether they’re lying or not to get around the law that’s on them, but I wouldn’t trust the veterinarian that would be lying like that

We have been taking our dog here for almost 7 years and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Fitzgerald is very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended!

I started bringing my Doberman to Dr. Fitzgerald as a puppy. This was after another Vet could not get a stitch out of his ear and was going to charge me $600 to do surgery. I brought my pup to Dr. Fitzgerald and she was wonderful. She took the stitch out, didn’t even charge me and charged a reasonable price for the posting once a week. She is absolutely wonderful and an expert with Dobermans

We have been bringing our cats to Dr. Fitzgerald for over 20 years. At that time we had bought my aunt's house after she passed away. Her cats adopted us when we took over the house. We trusted her choice in vet, and we're very glad we did. That makes up to 30 years of confidence in this great, caring doc and staff!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the initial phone call requesting information to scheduling, to the day of the actual appointment everyone staff and MD were beyond friendly and helpful. They even gave a things to do list while you wait during the surgery. Love them! I contacted them to have my puppies ears cropped. They contacted us after the surgery to check up on us mainly the puppy. Followed by another phone call 3 days later to remove the bandages. I can't express this enough THEY ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST TEAM! THANK YOU!
