I know holidays are a struggle for employees but went there this past Friday and was almost scammed by a worker and was given the wrong shoes… came back to explain how the scam almost happened and was given a very rude attitude. Unfortunate because I only shop there for sneakers and I no longer feel comfortable giving my business there.

The manager Nicole is amazing! She communicates with you and makes sure all your need and wants are met. I had a little issue with an order shipped out and she made sure to get my refund. Thank you Nicole.

I went to this store to get a shoe for my son. He wanted the Jordan 3 that just came out. I asked for my son's size and the guy brought the shoes, but he took it directly to the register and told my son he can not try it on and he has to pay and take the shoes.I was not happy with the new policy.I don't care what the new policy is, but I am not buying anything without trying it on.I took my business somewhere else to Footlockers and we did a purchase of $300 there.REMEMBER: we pay your salary and you have to please the customer and you just loose one.

It’s a shame that this store is always hiding sneakers, stop selling to your favorite resellers and sell to everyone. So weird how things are done, poor poor customer service.

These guys are a bunch of con artists. They lie to your face about prices and sell there sneakers way over asking price.

Since the sneakers store i used to go to closed down, I tried this place out and they have waaay more sneaker choices than the other sneakers stores in the mall...my new spot for sneakers. Service is great there also!

I love this store, mainly for its name: one of my best friends is named JD Davids. Aside from that, I'm not really liking this store. The sales reps are cute, but when I was trying on a pair of shoes and ask if they came in wide, the kids said he didn't know what that was. He had never heard of a shoe coming in a wide size, and he was the one miss you section.

Went to make a purchAse to the store on 12/19/2020 I spend almost 500 dollars on 12/21/2020 I went to return pants that had a hole in it. I didn’t have my physical receipt on me only a picture of it I was told that I need to bring in a paper receipt and that I can’t be helped. I told the manager that I want to get the number to corporate he went and started to pull up the number for me then out of no where told me ok you know what I will help you.As he’s helping me he looked upset like he didn’t want to do his job. He told me this is the only time he will do this. I told him I will not be shopping here because of poor customer service he responded To me ok that’s good and had a smirk on his face. I’m very disappointed in this stores customers service and management.corporate should definitely get better management and stop hiring kids that don’t care about the store and there customers. I will not support this store ever again

I went to Finish line in Walt Whitman Mall today to ask about a pair of sneakers that's ripped 3 weeks after purchasing them on the advice of customer service at Nike. When I asked the "manager" about this. He simply stated "How am I supposed to resell a damaged pair of sneakers?" After informing him that he wouldn't resell them, he would return them to Nike he told me he wouldn't take them back. Perhaps you should work on your customer service and teach your employees how to talk to customers and maybe work with them a bit. Never again. Everyone that works there has a terrible attitude and it takes them 20 minutes to come over to help after they put their phones down.
