In this case, "Best Buy" was really, really good.I went in there with two specific requests (USB - USB connection cable) and a Blutooth speaker from "Bose". The staff were really attentive, very friendly and competent, at least in my case. “After my purchase of a mac studio I came into this store April 5, I had to factory reset an old Mac to hand down to my son. I just wanted to mention that the crew that was on this shift, went above and beyond to help me. This is part of the reason I'll spend 2500 or more on a mac. The customer service and support is the best in the tech industry.”
