“I walked into the store (Smith Haven Mall) and was greeted by a person who said hello and welcomed me. Two seconds lady a woman came over to help me . (amazing now a days)I explained that I needed a jacket for a trip to Ireland. She then called another associate over because she was more knowledgable about raincoats. Her name was Stephanie and not only did she "know her raincoats" she listened to my needs and had some immediate choices. She had just been there herself and it was lovely speaking with her. She helped me pick the perfect jacket! The cashiers were even very friendly. I now also have an LLBEAN credit card. It is so rare now a days to get such personal service. You have a great store with some wonderful associates, especially Stephanie.”
“Epic outfitters is one of my favorite stores in the Smithhaven mall. Merchandise is easy to find and the customer service is consistently outstanding. Devin is unbelievably helpful and friendly. He is, by far, the best store manager of any retail store that I have ever dealt with.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this store. I wanted to place a large order and Frankie was absolutely amazing. He took care of everything and explained in detail everything that was going to be delivered. Whilst I was in the store I watched him interact with customers and he really is such an asset to the company. There was a blonde manager (can’t remember her name) there too who was also amazing. I just went back to exchange some sizes, I was worried because Frankie wasn’t there but Nadia helped me and she was so nice and helpful. I teach Pilates and coach gymnastics and have wore Lululemon for a long time, I love the Athleta clothing and just how nice and helpful the staff are in this store I will definitely be returning as a regular customer.”
“Felicia was extremely helpful! We were giving up and walking out the door before she stopped us to offer assistance and literally took over our shopping experience. “Manager David was the most helpful respectful patient and hard working employee. he spent at least 30 minutes helping with a return and re-purchase. this man deserves a raise. he even shook our hands at the end. he never got frustrated and took his time. if you need help in this location ask for him!!!!”
“Beautiful boutique with a lot of cute things. I was shopping for my best friend's birthday and was able to pick up few things. The girls working at the boutique are so sweet, friendly and bubbly. Such a pleasant experience! I ended up with more things that I have initially planned to buy just because they pointed out to awesome necklaces, earrings and bracelets. I will surely be back again!”

“Large selection, but sizes tend to run small and they don't stock a lot of larger sizes in general. Prices are pretty fair and they have a lot of interesting things, but unfortunately really only for smaller girls. If that's you go for it because they do have some nice stuff”

“I just wish they wouldn’t keep asking “how you doing in there Emily” while in the fitting room lol. I also wanted to go in a fitting room w my partner to see how his jeans looked on him but they said it wasn’t allowed. Bay shore AE let’s us be more independent which I like more.”
