Went yesterday to pick up blouse I ordered on line. I was told by Diane it was ready. Well it wasnt and it was the wrong size. Never received a call as a courtesy to tell me. Staff tried helping but couldn't. Very disappointed! I think i will finish with Chicos.

My mom was so excited to go to the Chico store just to find out that they close at 8 but the sign on the door specifically says they close at 9 and also online. I ask if they are closing and the coworker just stare at me and ignored me and I then ask the other coworker which then said yes and didn’t even bother to care when I said the store says it close at 9Never again was very upset thankfully 2 store down loft was open and was very welcoming

Chico's not extending returns period during worldwide pandemic but they send me multiple emails daily to purchase high priced clothing online. So many alternatives that are care more for customers.

It seems customer service is not a priority when the associates of this brand are trained. I stopped going to the one in Merrick years ago because of the poor customer service. This one seems no better. I ordered online and decided to pick up a necklace in store. I walked in and saw the turtlenecks displayed to the right, as you walk in. I began to look thru them for my size. I saw a red headed lady talking to someone. As soon as another woman walked into the store, she immediately passed me to ask the woman if she needed help? Really? The woman wanted turtlenecks as well. The red headed woman pointed to the display. Meanwhile, I'm on bended knee trying to find my size. This woman looked me directly in my face, as I looked up. She promptly turned on her heel and walked away. I found two turtlenecks and needed to know if they had a certain color in my size. I saw a woman with glasses and blonde streaks, just finishing up a sale. I asked her if she would help me, since the other lady had not even bothered to ask me. Nadine, as I found out, was polite helpful and cheery. She found the turtleneck in my size. As I was shopping, Nadine asked me if I had the email with the information on my pick up. She took my phone and gave it to another red headed lady, Katherine. Katherine proceeded to ask me if I paid for the necklace already? To which I responded, would they send me an email telling me to pick up my order if it wasn't paid for? I had to show her where in my email it clearly said it was purchased. I am a customer of Chico's for the quality of the merchandise. NEVER for the customer service. Nadine is a new employee. Please Nadine do not let the Chico's Curse of poor customer service, affect you! My friend swears by this Chico's store. She said she also had a problem with customer service when she first began shopping here. I guess after all the money she has spent in here since, she no longer has an issue. I will continue to buy online and if I feel the need to go into the store, I will always go to Nadine.

Tired selection of style and design. Pushy, tired and doing you a favor sales associates. Obviously working on commission, cut throat sales staff working in their favor and not the buyer.
