A customer harassed me in the parking lot and in the lobby. The teller not only stopped him, but gave me tissues and a lollipop. Thank you so much for making my day better, and helping me.

They don’t care about small businesses. PPP roll out was horrible. Not one local business I know got approval from them. Will be moving my account as soon as possible

This branch is racist and disrespectful i went there and they helped everyone else before me. They acted like I wasn't even there. Continued to hold conversations with their coworkers cracking jokes and laughing while i continued to wait until i finally got up and left.

I thought for sure when over ten years ago I got into bankruptcy with my credit union which mind you was no fault of my own, I would not know when or where to start or begin. Then several years ago The members at Chase took me aboard and gave me a chance. Before I knew it I established a family relationship with them like my former bank and since then been relying on them if I needed moral support for any financial reasons necessary.

I was using the drive through atm for around two years. One day I went to withdraw cash from debit account, but cash did not dispensed from the atm, and my account was debited. I reported it to customer care, but no help.

Absolutely horrible experience... I visited this location to make a withdrawal. The female working at the counter did not even make eye contact with me and said "ok enter your card, and enter your pin" ... No problem so far.. Then when I had told her the amount I would like to make a withdrawal for ($1500) she asked for my I.D and told me to fill out a withdrawal slip... Still no problem yet until she then studies my drivers license for a few minutes and asks me to re-sign the deposit ticket, because my signature apparently did not match the signature on my drivers license which she was at this point holding facing her.. Then after studying my signature and drivers license , as well as scrolling through my account while avoiding to make eye contact with me.. She has the audacity to ask me what exactly I needed the money for... I have never been treated or questioned in such a way when visiting other chase locations throughout the country. The entire process to make a withdrawal took 15 minutes, and throughout the entire experience the employee still avoided eye contact. I work for a company that's #1 priority is customer experience. This is an example of what not to do with your customers, I was treated as if I was a criminal trying to take money out of someone else's account when in reality, I was only trying to take my own money out of my own account. The employees at this branch located at 2001 Nesconset Highway in Lake Grove, NY should be trained and coached on how to treat customers the right way. There are many other banks in this country that people can choose to bank with..
