The one star reviews are completely wrong, the store was the complete opposite. The employees were both very helpful and friendly, and I had a great overall experience.

Very disrespectful and rude had a attitude with customers,Used bad language and gave me the middle finger twice kicked out a group of young kids for laughing loudly and had a horrible attitude and when I mean horrible I mean astronomical like I was hornswagled the way they treated a young group of kids.

Very happy that Long Island now has a BoxLunch store and the fact that I live not too far from one! Been here a few times already since they’ve opened and it’s been a pleasant experience every time.

At first I think I was going to have a different experience at box lunch but I was completely wrong is the most horrific place I’ve ever had been the customer service was horrible the lady call me a horrible and dishonest I felt very unwelcome
