If I could give this banking institution "zero stars," I would. I took my father there to set up an estate account. Stephanie A. of Meryl Lynch was incredibly unprofessional; she was pushy, rude, stubborn and accusatory. After spotting my first review, she messaged me on Yelp and berated and threatened me. I will never return to this bank and do not recommend it to anyone else.

How about you fix the card reader so I can use the ATM inside and not wait on line...what a joke, will never come here again--ADDED, seems someone several weeks ago had the same problem so I guess it never got fixed then either. Fix this simple problem please

I live in the area and I wanted to deposit money on the walk in ATM why would they close that makes no sense to have a atm for walk-ins if not even the door works with the card for walk-ins smh I expected more from the bank

Just walked in the bank to close a business account was told there is a1 hour wait. They had 2appts back to back. I have several accounts with this bank. They really need to add more staff and not turn away valuable members. Add a clock in waiting area so you how long the wait is. Also no notary are ever available. All of the supervisors should be certified to be notary. Do not waste your time at this bank. Poorly managed.

Why would anyone waste their money opening up a checking account with Bank of America when Capital One is free and even pays you interest. I opened up an account only because of the cashback bonus in which I met all the qualifications and they decided not to pay I spent hours on the phone and in the bank on this issue and it was not resolved correctly, this is a horrible Bank do not waste your time and money.

I met with the Merrill Lynch financial advisor twice to open a CD account for my father. The first time she claimed she was unable to show me the interest rates because it's a Sunday and she made my second appointment on a Friday saying we would be able to see them. Then I took off work early on the Friday, went to the location, waited for her for 20 minutes, only to hear from her again that we weren't able to see the rates because it's past 5pm. (SHE MADE THE APPT). She also kept pushing us to open this personal page/platform for the CD even though I told her multiple times that I'd like to see the interest rates first. Waste of time. This person either is a scam or simply doesn't have the ability to think.

Is a shame that this bank can't cash theire own Bank of America check.... And tell you......"is better if you go to your own financial institution" . Beside the fact that they make you wait for more than 30 minutes. Learn how to deal with your clients, because they won't back to do business here. Es una vergí¼enza que este banco no pueda cambiar sus propios cheques de banco. Después de esperar más de 30 minutos te dicen....... "Es mejor si te vas a tu propia institucií³n financiera". Aprendan a tratar a sus clientes , porque no volverán.

Me and my boyfriend opened both credit and debit account at this branch. Staff are really nice and approachable. Jamine has answered a lot of our question regarding the account without even having to talk to a representative. The representatives are a team of professionals who knows what they are doing and tries to help us solve our problems efficiently. Surprisingly, they remembered us the second time we were there. One time we didn't realize it was past 6pm. They didn't rush us or say anything, and were willing to stay later for us until our problems are addressed. They cared about customers and made our experiences very pleasant. I would recommend this branch with all my heart, to whoever is looking for a trustworthy BOA branch around Centereach.

Walked in today to open an account and waited 30 minutes to be even spoken too for the bank person Jaime to refuse to open my account because I was pressed for time and wanted a quick experience. Refuse to use this branch ever again. Save your time and go to the Medford branch where they are much more accomodating.
