Today we dropped my Mom’s 2 dogs off for their 11:30 am appt in Lake Grove. They said it will be about 3 hours. I told them I have a 4 pm appointment, if they could please put a rush on it. When they called at 2 pm I was disappointed it was an update on only 1 dog. I let that person know I need to leave soon for an urgent 4 pm appt and if she could please hurry with the second dog. She said okay. At 3:15 I had to call and tell them to bring both dogs out front I have to leave for a 4 pm appt that I told 2 staff members about. We didn’t leave with the dogs until 3:30 (4 hours total-worse than the 3 hours originally told to us) making me late for my ultrasound appointment. I am VERY UPSET that this office (Lake Grove) took their time knowing I had expressed urgency of them to please hurry along from the minute we checked the dogs in. This office has a lack of concern and empathy for the pet owners. I would NOT recommend Lake Grove. Disgusted! We will not be using this location ever again.

Our cat died. We were not permitted to cancel our insurance with Banfeild until 6 months after our pet died.

The vet technicians are so friendly and reassuring to the pet owners. They greet you and your pet by name and they always clarify everything before you’re set to leave

The staff assigned to this establishment is very professional, caring, and provide Superior Service with caring for your pet. My puppy is always extremely happy when going to and after he leaves this place after being groomed.

I have been going to Banfield for many years in different locations. The new one is very nice but the follow up on calls is lacking. I have called 3 times and every time I am told a note will be left for the doctor to call in a script. But no one calls me back to let me know if it’s done. I finally got a call back after being rude. I had called on 2/12, 2/15 and apparently the script had been called in on 2/10.. no communication.

Straight forward pricing for standard things like blood work and appointments across locations makes this my got to place. There’s no hidden pricing and you can go to different locations which allows flexibility with scheduling. Some vets are excellent, some not the best. For consistency I’m sure you can establish a particular vet if needed.
