Title: Extremely Disappointing Service and InflexibilityI am deeply frustrated with my recent experience at this Apple Store location. Due to an unforeseen road closure on Middle Country Road, I arrived late for my appointment. Despite the store being visibly quiet with no more than 15 customers, the staff insisted on rescheduling my appointment. What's more, they didn't even offer the option to wait for the next available slot. This inflexibility and lack of understanding significantly inconvenienced me and disrupted my plans for the day. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service from a brand that prides itself on customer satisfaction. I expected much better.

After my purchase of a mac studio I came into this store April 5, I had to factory reset an old Mac to hand down to my son. I just wanted to mention that the crew that was on this shift, went above and beyond to help me. This is part of the reason I'll spend 2500 or more on a mac. The customer service and support is the best in the tech industry.

Lazy staff I needed a factory reset on my Apple iPad gave them the receipt for proof of purchase because the staff was going home soon told me I needed more information than what the receipt displayed drove back to Best Buy they didn’t have anymore proof than what the receipts displayed went back to the Apple Store all for them to accept the receipt had to waste over 2hr of my time all because the staff wanted to go home

My kids told me I needed a new battery for my I phone . I went to Apple store in mall and got an appointment from rep at the door. I came back when I got a text messge that they were ready for me. When I arrived I was told to take a seat in front of store. I watched many people come and go and people who came after me get called. I even saw a customer have no wait time and overheard that he was a sibling of representative. I flagged a representative down who didnt even look at me. He confirmed I was waiting there the longest but that different techs repair certain problems and someone would call me soon. After 60 minutes waiting in front of store I went back to the person at door giving out appointments. She said she made it so I would be next in line. I sat back down and saw a confused looking tech and I asked him if he was looking for me and he said yes. He apologized for the wait and my patience. I told him my patience had worn thin. He told me that the earliest they could replace my battery was 8 hours later! There were too many other services before mine. I decided to not give him my service being that I wasn't impressed at what I had received up to that moment in time.

I wish I could rate them higher than this but I was throughly disappointed with my visit this time around. After nearly 6 years of trading my phone in, my experience was sub par at best. Not only was I disappointed to find out the phones are completely sold out this year, but the date to receive them through shipping is nov. 3-10th. I accepted this and just went ahead with the appointment anyway to order the phone. The specialist was meh at best, sweet but meh. Clearly was getting frustrated when we were making mistakes. Didn’t really know anything regarding the application and quite frankly seemed bored/ upset to be helping us. I’m overall just dissatisfied and disappointed.

Went in to try the apple’s new Vision ProThe guy said said it was by appointment onlyI asked for 8pm appointment and immediately after he made it, I asked if he would change it to 7pm but he wouldn’t even though it was availableI find the apple employees at Smith Haven have a little attitude and arrogance issue

Had a very pleasant and easy experience getting my new iPhone here. For anyone having trouble with Verizon I say save yourself the frustration and just come on down to the Apple Store. Friendly staff, quick service, phone worked great out of the box.
