I cannot say enough about how great Yankee boat staff is. They are very good with communicating what they are doing and ways to solve the problem. I would recommend getting a boat and service from them

Emailed twice to cancel a boat rental, never answered. The cancellation policy allows for a 50% refund. But as a returning customer I was hoping for a voucher for the next trip. They refunded $146 out of $746 which is 50% according to them.While I enjoyed my previous experience with them, I will definitely never return.
