These guys have been great. My car was totaled and the insurance company took forever to get the car (they still haven’t picked it up 11 days later). They’ve been very helpful and gracious to me during a very tough time. I know it sounds silly, but so many tow yards are filled with hot heads, it’s refreshing to deal with polite, professional people.

Super nice and helpful. My trailer had a flat on the highway and I had the wrong wrench. Larry (I believe was his name) came out and helped me out on a busy day. When we got to the shop he called and looked around the area for an extra tire so I would have one on hand. Went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a pinch.

Had to call and use his services on a Sunday on July 4th weekend. Came out in an hour as promised, fixed the problem and headed me in the right direction to finish the job.

Arrived to Lake George and my Buick died on me during my vacation. The alternator needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond to fix my truck so that my vacation would have not been ruined. Highly recommend this place. Fast service and great customer service

My car's battery died while staying at a cottage on Lake Shore drive. Found these guys on Yelp. They came quickly, gave me a boost. The driver (Fred) had me follow him to the shop located next door to Barnsider. They dropped what they were doing and had me out with a new battery. Great service. Extremely nice people. Very thankful.

Great experience. Called in the AM, Larry drove down from the Warrenburg location and meet me in Lake George. Determined I would need a radiator, ordered it, installed and the car was fixed in 2 days. Thank you so much. Great job
