“Paid cash and even gave driver a 30+ dollar tip. Couldn't give 5stars driver was unable to write a receipt so he texted me an invoice that looked like I didn't pay. After 4 phone calls(3 Friday, 1 Saturday) and assurances I have not received a receipt. I keep records so this is a negative. Otherwise they were here when projected and did an excellent job of loading bike and charged fairly.”
“When you get into an accident and are stranded away from home it’s a shocking event that leaves you in a vulnerable position. If you don’t know who to call, the police have to make that decision for you. Although they use Memory Lane for their own towing, they will not always call them for you. It’s your vehicle. Your insurance. Your money. Your future. Make sure you stay in control. Don’t trust anyone else with your vehicle except Memory Lane. I found out the hard way. After being over charged by someone else for my initial tow of less than a mile (over $600 for my normal size car with just a punctured radiator), I called Memory Lane to get back in control and get things done in the most cost effective, efficient way possible. Now that I know better, I will always call Memory Lane and advise others to do so as well. Memory Lane, thanks so much for helping me out.
