My husband, 2 kids, and I stopped in here. Staff were snobby, instant attitudes. When we went upstairs, we were followed and watched. If you can’t trust your patrons, put up cameras. I’m a nurse, I’m not going to steal and risk my license. We had a few things picked out to buy, but I told my family to put everything back. I will never go in this store again! I don’t like being treated like a criminal. I walked around for a while watching staff and other potential customers, and each of them left without making a purchase (4 other families). Nobody likes being treated with such suspicion!

I love this store, I have an obsession with dream catchers and they have really nice ones here. They also have knives and tasers. Cups and jewelry.

I really don't understand some of the negative reviews I have read about this nifty little store. This was the second place I stopped in to get some souvenirs to commemorate my trip. They have a very eclectic selection of items such as knives, moccasins, and jewerly. Plus, they have your standard souvenirs like mugs, hats, and shirts. The store is well stocked and the prices are rather reasonable. I didn't have any issues with the staff as they were pleasant. I definitely recommend this store if you are looking for something unique to take home. I will surely be back again in the near future.

What a great slice of Lake George history! They have such so many varied and unique products in there, along with your typical vacation souvenirs. The young male manager is extremely helpful, polite and very good looking!

I stopped in over the summer during my vacation and left very upset. I was looking at stickers to buy and accidentally went behind a counter i wasn’t aloud to be behind and one of the workers, older man shouted at me across the store that i had to move and proceeded to gesture come here with his fingers like i was back in middle school getting in trouble by a teacher like i was twelve. It was extremely uncomfortable and if he had asked politely i wouldn’t of been so upset because its not like i went behind it on purpose. Just unprofessional and he needs to take lessons on proper manners if he doesn’t want to scare costumers out of the store

They used to be very popular many years ago. But time has not been kind to this store. It looks like they are no longer even trying. Dated and sun bleached items. Aged, dusty displays. Junk, boxes and other items not for sale just sitting around.

Just OK, the knives are cheap imported blades, or expensive Buck knives. There is a huge section in the rear with clothes and shoes but it doesn't seem very popular. Has some souvenirs, but alltogether a kind of scattered product offering at this store. When I walked in, a lady at the counter was yelling at a coworker ("Your paycheck will be mailed within the week! I need you to relax!"). Shrug.

I purchased a beautiful piece of woodwork art and a gorgeous t- shirt. I love the quality of the material and is now one of my favorite things to wear. The staff was wonderful and was eager to help. The shop is filled with so many items to choose from. I will be definitely stopping in again on my next visit to the Adirondacks.

I went there when it was the guy working there and he was nice and helped me so much, and that was years ago. I went a few years ago and the girl running the store was running all around, yelling, swearing, etc. I went this summer and there was an older lady, who was super nice, a younger one who was maybe teens-early 20’s and she was nice so i asked for her boss and i thought that it was the older lady and the other one from a few years ago wasn’t there anymore but she said that the boss was not in right now. So i said that i would come back in like an hour and the boss still wasn’t there. I went back on labor day weekend and the boss was there but swearing and didn’t have her mask on and was swinging her arms every where and would say something like “oh i’m so sorry you guys” but then continue to do that. She was leaving what looked like ALL teenagers in charge on labor day weekend. She was super unprofessional for leaving KIDS running the store.

This is my favorite store in all of Lake George. Every year I ask my dad if we can stop there. They have a ton of cool knives, and even ninja swords. Best of all they have these awesome unicorn stuffed animals. My dad always buys me 1. I think he likes them more than I do! Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Great selection of souvenirs, clothing. They have a wide selection of folding knives and fixed blades, their prices are fair, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Ann, the owner is a hard worker, and makes sure the shelves are always stocked. I visit a few times a year with my family, Tom Tom is usually our first stop.

I have been going there for over 30 years. Every summer it is lake George and this is the first stop.Saturday will be the last time I will be going in there. I went in there twice. The first time there was one kid behind the counter who didn't seem to want to be there. And his answer to my questions was I don't know. The same thing the second time except that there were 2 other people behind the counter who had about as much enthusiasm. It was a cool little shop at one time, but then they became more corporate it feels like.
