Great customer service is great when you find it but even better when you connect with someone. That's what I found with Deb Jelley. I walked out with not one but two pairs. You're super and your energy is great. Never let anyone tell you that you're too much because your are plenty. You're very welcoming and that means the world to me. Even though they posted on their own website and on google their hours are until 8 pm they would not let me into the store because they said they changed the hours. I made a special trip to come here and was disappointed they wouldn’t let me just check on size of a shoe at 7:01pm. Rude.

Lifetime warranty is NOT what you think. Its actually only 12 months.Boots lasted a little while, not as long as I would have thought for a $180 pair of boots. Fell apart at the seam. Sole fell right off.
