I had an amazing experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren factory outlet. Tia Winters was incredibly helpful in finding the right sizes and the best deals. Her friendly and professional service made my shopping trip fantastic. Highly recommend this store!

Tried on a shirt and wanted to purchase it and gave it to the salesperson and they put it back on display and another customer bought the shirt I wanted to buy and it was the only one that was in my size. Very disappointed ?. Staff and manager were horrible. Looking for another store to purchase from because I do like the product but not the service.

Without a doubt, the BEST Polo Outlet in my experience. I recently traveled as far down as VA and found no better customer service. Period! The manager's pleasant disposition was unlike I have encountered in many years. She ordered a jacket I couldn't find online or in five states which was sent to my house. She was a Lake George native who returned home from NYC. I will gladly visit there again just for her unparalleled service and smile. Thank you.

So today a lady with glasses that worked there was following me and my friends. I was trying to shop and buy some things for my son one of the lady’s was nice and helped. I over heard this particular lady idk if she’s the manager said watch them. I felt so uncomfortable I never ever experienced this. Once I went to the cashier to pay she even touched the clothes that I was buying. Like for what ? So many people there and she was focus on us. But I had a feeling it had to do something about our color. Never shopping here.

Judgemental staff was disgusting. I have black and white hair, everything else about my outfit was very reserved with a turtle neck and such but there was a blonde woman with a headset who was looking me up and down with disgust asking if I needed help - not in the polite staff way. After being followed around half the store I just left. My necklace alone was a one of a kind fossil more expensive than half the things in the store but because I look different than what they expect? I'm treated like a pariah?No thanks. I grew up with polo and love the company as a whole but considering there are multiple reviews encountering profiling? I'm dragging this to whatever corporate contacts I can find. This location is a disgrace on the company name.

Poor service after saying everything is 30% off & then stating at check out it's the updated price on the tag. Kinda deceptive & worried about who helped & not too friendly. Just walked off after feeling unvalued.

When buying high end clothes, you expect a high end experience. Not your $900 worth of new clothes crumbled and stuffed in a bag so they get wrinkled and need dry cleaning already. Very unprofessional.

If you are a person of color the managers will follow you around the store assuming you are stealing?? I will not shop at this trash location again, do better!! I’d give -0 stars if I could.

I love everything polo, and this is the best polo store I’ve ever been to!! The staff are super helpful- they helped me order an item I had been searching for in my size from another factory store. Prices reasonable and also the selection in this store is great as it includes not only latest-season items. Perfect!
