I was in your store waiting in line to purchase some merchandise and a man came in to return a pair of boots that he had purchased that had a flaw. The saleswoman with the black and gray curly hair was soo obnoxious to him that I left my merchandise on the counter and walked out never to return again. She is the kind of women I would never hire to work for me if I had a business. Very rude and unprofessional. Not a good way to run a business.

If I could give this business a negative star rating I would … the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had . A friend of mine who I recommended this business to bought a pair of boots there . The boots were starting to peel at the toe area after wearing them for a day , we went in to attempt to exchange them , talked to the saleswomen ( very old hag witch looking woman) and my jaw dropped by the rudeness of this woman . Immediately this old nasty looking witch wouldn’t hear a word we said and was condescending. Very unprofessional, also accused of of yelling at her which we in no way were doing . I’m embarrassed that I recommended a friend there … I will never shop there again and in fact if I was dying of thirst wouldnt buy a bottle of water from them . This saleswoman just cost this place a ton of future business from myself and a all of the people I know
