The staff were very helpful in the store. We are just disappointed in the quality of the shirts. We took them home, washed them and the design immediately started falling off my daughter’s shirt (see picture- there was a unicorn in the middle of the circle when they printed it in the store). The shirts were more expensive than other stores in Lake George, so I would have expected them to hold up a little better.

We had a great experience at the store. The staff was helpful and polite. They helped my kids pick out what they want and assisted with finding the correct size.

Terrible assistance we bought over $300 of merchandise, the guy with the glasses was rushing us, spoke so mean To the kids and tried over pricing the merchandise.When we got home we realized one of the kids sweatshirts was printed so bad.Service HorribleMerchandise HorribleOverpriced
