Very knowledgeable staff. Only location so I assumed when website said items in stock they would be. Call before you go if you want something specific they have a warehouse not everything is in stock.

My husband and I visited this store today to get our fishing licenses and I felt compelled to write a positive review. I don't know enough about fishing to comment on the content of the store (I only caught my first fish today!). However, I thought the service was outstanding. We were helped as soon as we arrived, the staff was very friendly, and willing to answer any questions we had. They were also generally very personable and the experience was overall just very smooth and pleasant. I left the review because I was honestly impressed. Absolutely ?% the best customer service I have ever found out of a tackle store. I was in a pinch for some downrigger cable for my Cannon downrigger. I ordered some from a ebay seller, with the seller sending me the wrong cable and not responding to my messages. I call up Fish307 and talked to a young lady that was able to help me out with shipping it across the country before memorial day weekend. I ordered it on Thursday and got it on Sunday. (Via FedEx) was able to install the cable Sunday evening and now just need to get the boat on the water. Just wanted to thank the young lady and Fish307. You have a customer for life now. Stopped in with my son to get bait and advice for fishing Lake George. Shawn gave us great advice and was super helpful. Large selection of equipment and live bait. Highly recommend.
