I bought a pair of $160 shoes ,wore them out the workers knew . All 20 minutes later I return . Box ,receipt and very lil dirt on sole .
I purchased another pair at half value and they put $89 on a paper receipt. Do I laminate it ? I'm awful afraid ink is going to wear off . I took the bus ,I look like I did ,with my big side bag and warmed cloths .
Really going to steal $89
Your policy is on a simple little piece of paper . Knowing ppl wear there shoes out wouldn't you put your policy larger and wouldn't you train your staff to say something besides ," bye"when I did walk out . On my receipt there is a time printed . I'm going on all platforms ,stealing isn't right .

I recently came in for a pair of running shoes. I wasn’t sure about the different shoes and Josie spent a lot of time with me trying 5-6 different shoes until I found the right one. Outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back.

If you don't see it ask and they will get it for you in two or three days. Not a cheap place but not overly expensive.
