“My Mom & I went shopping was looking for a bathing suit & a small purse for my vacation in May. Found 2 I liked & used my JCP card. The Cashier has been there many years and was very pleasant. I usually shop here for my work/dress clothes. Very nice selections. I have been shopping with JCPenny's for years. Highly Recommend ?? ”
“Devon is absolutely awesome! He clearly goes above and beyond to make the storage experience helpful and pleasant. It snowed while we loaded the truck rental out front, and he literally (without us asking) came by and cleared the snow off of the truck window so we wouldnt have to. Every time we have stopped by and run into him, he has always been pleasant and helpful. I truly hope he is recognized in some way for his above and beyond customer service!”
“Target has everything including food, office supplies, electronics, clothes, toys, drinks, cleaning supplies, and video games. The employees are also super nice and will help you with stuff”
“Big Lots! Sometimes Big Lots of nothing. Another hit or miss store. If they have it, they have it. If not, wait a while. Their prices aren't all that good considering these are allegedly clearance items. They seem to have many items not marked with a price. Staff is friendly for the most part.”
“At 45 miles away this is the closest super Walmart for me. And it has so many different things that I can't get here in Rutland. Nice and clean and well laid out.”
“I did not actually stop here to shop I stopped because I was so incredibly lost I didn't even know which way to pull out of the parking lot. The woman working (I didn't catch her name) pulled a map out and gave me directions and got me back to where I needed. She was patient and calm and made me feel so at ease. I made it to old forge where I was heading! I cannot thank you enough.”
“Nice place for getting various odds and ends at an affordable price. There's everything from toys to gifts to office basics. Great little convenient store to have in our town.Other reviewers have mentioned a common gripe: they typically only have one register open, and sometimes the line can get really bogged down, especially in the mid day. The staff are great and awesome people, but management really should do something about this.”
“I had the opportunity to have a great Walmart Store manager to assist me yesterday. I purchased several items yesterday at the Queensbury, NY location including a flat screen TV using cash. Upon learning I purchased the incorrect size TV for my RV I was forced to return the item. I rushed back to the Walmart within 2 hours after purchase only to realize, through my own fault I misplaced my receipt. I went to the service desk for assistance. The representative, Kayla was no help. I suggested that she look up the purchase for the TV by scanning the serial number to the TV. At the time of the purchase, the TV serial number was scanned at check out. Kayla insisted that the purchase will take 48 hours to show up in their system and there was nothing further she could do besides tell me "NO" without a store receipt. Well here comes the Walmart Super Store Manager, Chris to the rescue. After I explained my circumstance to Chris, he quickly looked up the purchase and obtained a copy of the purchase receipt. Afterwards, I was able to exchange the TV for a proper size TV for my RV. Thanks Chris!”
