“A LIFESAVER! My large chocolate lab is horrible in the car, gets very anxious and I dread having to drive him places. I was able to schedule a home visit within a few days and Dr. Gonzalez came out to our home with one of her techs. Both women were very friendly and personable and did a full check on our dog and also gave recommendations and a treatment plan for some of his aging issues. Pricing was very reasonable for the service and we will use again!”
“I can’t say it enough. The drs. and staff here are simply amazing. I am impressed with their knowledge and the care they give my Roxy girl. I wouldn’t put trust in anyone else with my dog. My girl needed an emergency vet appointment and he was willing to take her in on a Sunday evening. Much is to be said about that! I can’t thank them enough for looking out for my girl.”

“Dr. Motler is an amazing veterinarian. My husband and I are parents to a 3 year old French Bulldog. Scarlette is everything to us and about 6 weeks ago we brought her to PVAH after being sent to over 5 doctors around NY state with what we thought was allergies. Dr. Motler discovered it was lymphoma. As devastating the news, Dr. Motler went to work to come up with the best plan of action that is within our power to maintain a good life for our Scarlette. Dr. Motler and her staff welcome us with open arms with every visit and Scarlette is happy and as healthy as she can be. What we like about Dr. Motler is she is straight to the point, honest and gives us real expectations. Dr. Motler understands how our Scarlette is no different than any other family member and is as compassionate about taking care of our Scarlette as we are about the love we have for our little girl. We truly are thankful to have finally found a veterinarian that cares so much for animals and the needs of their families. “A lot of the time, it is only the negative reviews that people see. I love going here, I find Dr. Baffi to be highly educational when assessing my dogs and very helpful. I have so many questions, but she is thankfully present and thorough. My questions are always answered. I love the vet techs here as well. I don't know everyone's name but every one of them is caring and helpful with my dogs. The receptionist is always fun to talk to. We are all stressed and veterinary medicine and its providers have one of the most difficult responsibilities. I know my dogs have not been emergent upon our visits, but I hope those who are experiencing emergencies here understand that vets and vet techs need visitor patience as they attempt to provide exceptional care. Owning a pet is not cheap, but it is a responsibility that we have chosen. Thankfully, there are people who devoted their lives to providing care for these animals. I just wish to all the caregivers of the animal kingdom continued success in their practice. Thanks again Dr. Baffi and the rest of those involved in my pets care.”
“I have gone to this vet hospital for over 20 years and by far it is the best out there. It can be a little bit expensive at times which is a downside, and there can be long wait times...but the care and respect, that they give to my pets that I've had over the years has been excellent.
..when my one cat had a heart defect, which I didn't know about, they were supportive and gave medicine, the cat that was supposed to live only six months lasted three years..”
