“I switched to Wappingers animal hospital a few years back for all of my veterinary needs. The staff is Wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and understanding. I have had to put down a few pets sense the switch and they go above and beyond. It is easy to get an appointment, the facility is clean even when ur pet has an accident on the floor on your way out while ur hands are full. They are so hopeful.”

They all welcome you with a smile, my Shitzuh loves them, they spoil her with treats. Dr Best Hall is very thorough and very gentle with the animals. The office as well as the rooms are extremely clean. I would highly recommend them.”
“Dr. Schwartz and his team are the best. Our puppy ate something that was toxic. We were extremely stressed. It was 10pm at night and we didn't know what to do. We called Dr. Schwartz's office and he called back and told us exactly what to do. His voice was calming and right to the point of what we needed to do. Everything worked out exactly like Dr. Schwartz told us it would. We were so relieved and thankful. First thing this morning, Tori from the office called to check in on our pup. They are the best!!! “The entire Valley Vet team is kind and loving and our pets do very well there, despite an anxiety issue with our lab. (Which has improved over time). Their location is convenient, easy accessibility (for pets and humans); and clean. Our boys are greeted and affectionately called by name upon arrival and receive verbal communication through out the visits. Valley Vet doctors are knowledgeable and communicative with clients, explaining at each visit any changes and are open to questions. Reception and assistants are all pleasant and animal lovers too! We appreciate all they do for our boys and that they demonstrate how much they care by going the extra steps to ensure quality care.”

“I have little experience with other vets - when we first adopted our dog we tried a couple of clinics and such until we were referred here. Since then, we have always come here. And I wouldn't want to venture out anywhere else again. I have always experienced kindness and compassion from the staff and the vets for both my dog and myself!! We had a true emergency some time back and they got us in to be seen really fast. It didn't matter the day or the time.
When my dog has issues that require treatment they always go over the costs as we are deciding on treatment so I know what to expect. I never believed I was overpaying for anything - especially with the kind of care we got for it. ?❤️”

“A lot of the time, it is only the negative reviews that people see. I love going here, I find Dr. Baffi to be highly educational when assessing my dogs and very helpful. I have so many questions, but she is thankfully present and thorough. My questions are always answered. I love the vet techs here as well. I don't know everyone's name but every one of them is caring and helpful with my dogs. The receptionist is always fun to talk to. We are all stressed and veterinary medicine and its providers have one of the most difficult responsibilities. I know my dogs have not been emergent upon our visits, but I hope those who are experiencing emergencies here understand that vets and vet techs need visitor patience as they attempt to provide exceptional care. Owning a pet is not cheap, but it is a responsibility that we have chosen. Thankfully, there are people who devoted their lives to providing care for these animals. I just wish to all the caregivers of the animal kingdom continued success in their practice. Thanks again Dr. Baffi and the rest of those involved in my pets care.”
