The pharmacists at Tops in Lagrangeville, have strong moral character and they displays honesty, as well as, takes responsibility for the patient's medication. Every pharmacist and the people behind the counter are more then nice & helpful!

I had a very negative interaction with one of the managers named Catherine and let me tell you it was one for the books she was so disrespectful to me when I ask her for a simple price check on a box of fruit roll ups and then she turns around and Street of disrespects her employees using vulgarity cursing all types of stuff. Let me tell you it was crazy I wish I would've recorded the incense so I could've made money off of it because it would've been a crazy YouTube video that no one probably would've even believed unless I recorded it but I am telling you it was crazy. This lady is out of her mind not only does she do this stuff to customers but the way she downgrades and uses profanity against her employees is just shameful. I corporate sees this who sees house one of their managers is literally the complete opposite of their image and brand of being a friendly neighborhood grocery store.

I have tried many other pharmacy’s but this is my favorite. They have the prescription done in a half hour and the associates are nice.

A new medication was not covered by my insurance. Retail price was $400+ at many pharmacies. I used GoodRX and SingleCare to see if I could get a better price. Tops was one of the cheapest and close by, so I chose them. Tops did not honor my price from SingleCare that was specific for them. They ended up charging me about 7% more. To add insult, the 60 g tube of prescription cream expires in 3 months! My psoriasis creams at other pharmacies have had at least a 6-month expiration date and often a year or more. Shame on Tops! In my opinion, there are better pharmacies elsewhere. I gave two stars because of the woman who initially helped me with my prescription. She was friendly and helpful. Otherwise, 1 star.

PHARMACY is the BEST!!!! Early Sunday morning, I had the best experience at the pharmacy at Tops. Taken care of as if I was a long, loyal customer when it was my very first time. The manager was OUTSTANDING and went out of her way to get me the best medicne at the best price and spent such a long time with me making sure my insurance was used. She went out of her way in every way ! Her name is Donna Cupelli. Tops management give her a raise:) Thank you again so very much.

The two pharmacists at the LaGrange location, Donna and Heidi, are the best. They really keep an eye on what scripts you're having filled and they are genuinely concerned for your health and well-being. I absolutely consider them part of my healthcare team! Both of them very smart and very caring!

I used it more like a C-store than a grocery store. Open 24 hours/restrooms available/a good collection of road food. In the produce section, single serving fruit cups, spoons available on the side. Just the kind of snack your cardiologist wants you to eat. The rest of the store seemed fully stocked with a relevant items.

I shop for instacart in Tops. Produce department and meat department people are unbelievably helpful every single time I go. Deli has some very helpful people, only one person not so great. The store on a whole has very helpful people.

Let me start by saying that I am becoming more and more dissatisfied with this store. About a year ago I was shopping and came across meat that had mold all over it. The worst part about it was that one of the mold spots was right next to the sticker that says " freshness guaranteed". So what the meat department was looking at when they put the meat out is beyond me. And when I brought it to managements attention, they were very non-chalant and brushed me off like it was nothing. No offer of a resolution or anything. About two days ago I purchased a pound of store brand provologne cheese. I went to make a sandwich last night, every single piece of cheese had mold around the edges. I'm not exactly sure what is going on in this store. But word to the wise, check your food thoroughly before you purchase it from this store.

This store is very nice sometimes I'm overwhelmed in their Bc off all the overstock of things they carry so many up to date foods it's amazing it's very hard to find supermarkets that do that. The sales are pretty awesome last time I went their was 1 month ago I bought about $250 worth of groceries that lasted me about 2 in a half weeks for a family of 4 plus 2 visitors for 1 of those weeks so not bad at all especially since some of the buys was junk food lol.

This place was great! I had never been a Tops before and was so impressed with how clean it was. Jeff said he put it on his Mount Rushmore of Supermarkets (Hannaford, ShopRite, Publix and now Tops), so that is a great honor, because believe me, Jeff loves to eat. Supermarkets are like his second home, that rascal! The Gatorade and chips aisle was stacked, which is a welcome change. And the bags were phenomenal! They carried all of my groceries and they are great for reusing.

I started shopping here after being continuously disappointed with stop and shop- honestly, I think this Tops location is pretty good. Produce looked great and the meat was well stocked with a good amount of time between when I bought it and the sale by date. My one and only complaint is that they don't have everything I need and the prices can be a bit high if you don't have a rewards card. They are happy to use a store card though so I really don't get the point of raises the prices so high without a card. A tip- very good deals on produce. I got a lot of things buy one get one free.
