I don’t understand why people have a job in customer service when they’re asked a question like how many puffs does that disposable vape have compared to the other one rather than look at the box and see if clearly says 7000 puffs just says it doesn’t say that questions like I don’t know and stare stare with a blank face talk about not qualified for the job and lazy. whoever the genius is that works there on Saturday, January 20, 2022 in mid afternoon

Nice smoke shop with friendly cashier. Lots of glassware and product on display. Lottery tickets sold as well. Ample parking in Country Commons’ lot out front.

I typically don’t do reviews but I need to do one for this store. Specifically a review on Carey (I am not sure if I spelt her name right but she is the one with red hair that works there) I specifically will take route 82 to work instead of the taconic to stop at that store for my purchases when I need something. Her customer service is out of this world. She remembers customers by names and if I tell her something that’s happening that week with me the next time I come In she will actually say “how did it go” it’s not only me though I see it with all customers that walk in that door! She is a perfect example of what customer service is and what it’s supposed to be since this day in age everyone seems to have lost people skills. Not Carey! To the owners of smokes for less, if I owned a business I would beg her to come work for me and I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks that. Keep her forever! :)

Anthony is great! Came in last week looking for some cbd to help with back pain. He recommended me these d fusion gummies and they’re great! Best week of sleep I’ve gotten in years. Usually I don’t do reviews but Anthony was so nice and patient with me because I had no idea what any cbd stuff was. Will definitely be coming back for more!
