I usually rate a place after I’ve been a few times. The first 2 haircuts were ok but nothing to get so excited about which was ok because I usually take him to the city where they really go above and beyond to make your dog happy and look great. This last cut was it for me. Razor burn right on the poor guys privates. Be careful!!

There aren't a lot of good dog groomers in the area so this was the one went to. First 2 cuts were nothing so special but they worked out. This last cut completely let us know this woman is not for us. We will NEVER again go back to this shop. My dog has the worst clipper burns I've ever seen.

Been coming here for years. Peg is a true professional and really is super skilled. I won't take my dog anywhere else, I swear she's the only one who can do it right, lol. And my dog always smells AMAZING and comes home w/ a cute bandana. :)

whats wrong with this woman? my dog came back with razor burns, 2 bloody nails, and it was way over priced, argued with me that she did nt do it.

Peg comes across as sweet at first and does a pretty good job grooming my Cavalier King Charles. The reason for 3 stars is scheduling is a disaster!! Twice I went to drop off my dog and was lectured for being too late. The sweet lady I thought I was dealing became very rude and acted like she was doing me a favor by still taking my dog. FYI: I put every appointment into my calendar in my phone the second after I make an appointment.
