I never even got an appointment. The owner called me to see what I needed and said someone would call me the next day to schedule something. No one did. I called them a few times and never got an answer. I left messages and never heard back. I think this it's crazy to have to chase a business down. Will not be attempting to schedule another appointment there.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Jasmine. Hands down this was the best experience that I have ever had at a Salon! I called Friday and they were able to get me in right away. Jasmine is very friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. She listened to the ideas I had for my hair and came up with a plan to get it done! My color and cut came out just as I wanted. This salon is amazing and Jen and her staff went above and behind to help me figure out how to make my hair look normal again after abusing it for years. They do a consultation and really sit down with you to make sure you're comfortable with whatever color or style you're looking for. I've never been to a salon that focused on so much detail. I have been getting my hair done here for years and not once have I had a bad experience. It's a very modern yet elegant salon and always super upbeat. All the hairdressers are very friendly and very accommodating. I will continue to get my hair done here for a long time.

Amazing first experience! Both Jennifers worked magic on my roots and got my full head back to platinum blonde in under 2 hours!!!! Everyone in the salon was so nice, welcoming, and honest! I wish I had been coming here all along, so happy I decided to give Cartier a try! I will definitely be returning to have Jen Marie do my roots in the future!!

Cartier's Salon is fantastic. I went for a consultation with Jennifer in her Private Wig Suite after I starting losing my hair. I was concerned about finding a wig that looked natural on me. Jennifer helped me try on several wigs. I ended up choosing a baseball cap wig that had the highlighted long hair that I could never grow on my I own. My hair is usually short and sassy, but I wanted something fun. This was it! I wear it all the time. Jennifer also ordered another wig that I had found online that looks like my hair, which made my son smile. He said " Now that looks like Mama!" I can't thank Jennifer and her staff enough. I walked in a chemo patient losing her hair and I walked out feeling like a rock star! I will be back for another wig and when my hair finally grows, I will be going there to get my hair cut and styled.
