Awesome venue in a beautiful area. Can’t wait to see this place become a place on the map!

Wonderful new venue with a welcoming vibe and a promising future. The owner was kind enough to help guest shuttle their gear out on Sunday with a Gator and extended his gratitude to our crew for visiting his land. Lots of wooded camping on the mountain side and plenty of flat camping if your willing to poke around a bit. Felt kind of like an upstate Hornings. Definitely bring a hammock and good shoes!

Terrible place. Not disability friendly and does not care if you have one. Raised my concerns to them at the front of the festival and no response until a week later. False advertising about music festival packages (do not buy a VIP package, they lie about what they are offering - they do not have what they claim they have). Enjoy waiting up to an hour for a shuttle - it it even comes. Understaffed. Worst food choices ever (enjoy living off of grilled cheese and pizza). Will never be going back. Terrible customer service.

Incredibly beautiful venue & surrounding land! Take the trail or walk the road up to the lookout for amazing views, hike down to the water & check out Blue Hole! So many different camping options all over the property!Love what they’ve done with the land! Great job!

I am mainly writing to offset some of the ridiculous poor reviews. I was there for the Tumble Down event (9/23/2023) and I would guess 99% of the people there had a great time. The grounds were in great shape and there were plenty of food options. Clean campsites a-plenty. The stages, performers, and sound systems were top notch. Plenty of porta-potties; way more than I would have ever expected. Well marked trails (my crew went down to the Blue Hole). Hats off to the venue; clearly a TON of great work has been done here.

This is just a review of the actual place not the event. I will try to be kind as they are still new. 1st maps given are vague. Things aren't clearly marked. No or limited shuttle services ( had to keep asking if they actually were coming. ) camping (vip) was a joke. The sites were NOT spacious or did anyone actually think about placement of RV. No trash areas or pick ups, if there were no one knew about them. Lack of food merchants, three were not enough. No showers for non rv camping. Would I go back? Maybe if I knew that they had improved it by alot. Very pretty but difficult to justify the amount of $$$ charged for services.

Do not book VIP you get the same as regular campers. Early entry is a joke nothing open nothing ready. No food till 1:30 next day . VIP VIEWING WAS A QUATER MILE UP THE HILL. Hope they get their stuff together next year but I won't take that chance!!!
