These people don't have a single clue on how to do anything and delay packages for days with misinformation because they can't be bothered to do the right thing the first time around. Now I've got a package days late and I've got to return it. Complete waste of my time and money.

I walk to this place from work. They go out of their way for me. Could not be any more pleasant. Will continue to go there. Never busy... never have to wait in line.
