Don't be turned off by the negative reviews because these are made by grumpy and rude customers, who have nothing better to do than complain. This UPS store is the kind of place where they greet you by name, go out of their way to help you and they know what they're doing.

I really appreciated the service and saw him providing the same for every customer. The store is clean and well organized. The store is also well lit with ample parking.”

“This is the closest Post Office to my workplace and I love the location. Robin and Deb are very friendly and accommodating. I've even seen them use a translator app to help customers who don't speak English figure out what they need. They give directions and are very knowledgeable on everything from how to get a passport to ordering mail products online for businesses. Hey process money orders quickly and seem to get to know customers which I love. The ladies are great and if you go early there is almost no wait. It gets busy around 11am.”
“After a week of trying to solve a "wan dering" Priority Package via tracking.... I called the actual location on Wesley St and reached DANA on a Monday. On Wednesday at 7:01 am, my package had made it from Manlius to 13208 in Syracuse !!! That's really less than 2 days!!! THANK YOU DANA 1000 x !!!!!! I tried o reach you to than k you in person but no answers at 11:50am.... The recipient is 99 and in a Hospice.... so I was definitely "antsy" THANK YOU DANA”
“I have nothing really negative to say. The people working there were quick, accurate and very pleasant. More pleasant than most clerks around the holidays. That building is starting to really show its age, though. Overall, a decent visit!”

“The employees here are saints. Whenever I’ve gone to this location, there is at least one customer screaming about something they had absolutely no control over (as if stamp prices nationwide are set by the employees in Syracuse). Still, the workers here are professional and patient with them.”
“I do not understand all the negativity on this particular post office I live down the street I happen to go there several times a month been going there for years always professional and helpful it's not a pizza shop where they are going to chit chat with you it's a federal building.”

I had a question about the charge and she explained why the charge was there and what it was for in detail which I appreciate because I love me some details. We were in and out within minutes. Overall the experience was great.”
