“For those of you that need to do your banking on the run, this is the M&T drive through to stop at especially if you are zipping through the downtown elevated interchange. It is close enough to an exit and entrance to either direction on I81 or I690. It is primarily a motor banking port having two motor banking windows with live tellers during regular banking hours. You can park and go to the inside counter, but I never have gone inside. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. What I like best about driving through here is that they never go to next day business while open. There is also a 24 hour drive up ATM.”
“Going to this bank for 15 years. Fast or slow the service is good. Car loan rates if you are a member are great. Had a couple loans now with ACMG and just aways make my payment on time the app. I think the blue slip maybe hard for some to understand and get it right. After awhile just get used to how to fill the blue slip out.”

“Well I had what I thought was a real $100 so I went in looking completely ridiculous in my work clothes with my coffee. I went up to a very nice man named Christopher and I was informed they have machines not markers to check for counterfeits. Embarrassingly enough as I went to hand it to him I noticed plain as day that it said Play Money. I’m sure I looked super sus shoving it back in my pocket and dismissing it but he didn’t make me feel like he was suspicious of me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed if anything he just reassured me that he could help me if I found I needed it. So that’s very nice customer service though I wasn’t a customer and my brain was definitely not working”

“Have been using this bank for years. The location is a little awkward as it is on entryway to Marshall's Plaza which is a high traffic area but have always had excellent friendly service. The staff have often gone out of their way for me when I've had difficulty like fraudulent charges on a credit card, etc.”
“I was just in the lobby depositing a check and I had an anxiety attack and the nice teller gave me a few mints I told her I have diabetes, you’ll say anything when your ready to hit the floor ?”
“Today my husband went to deposit my check due to the fact I was at work and could not leave he forgot to tell the teller to cash out my check so I called Dan in the DeWitt branch and he was very helpful and understandings !! “This bank gets a lot of bad reviews because people find the tellers to be unfriendly, and while they may not be cheery, they are always, ALWAYS incredibly helpful. I have never once gone into this bank with an issue and not had it resolved in my favor. Many other locations of M&T will let you hang out to dry, but not this one. I opened my account here when I was 16 and haven't had any issue that wasn't solved. I understand that the tellers disinterest can be off putting, but they are incredibly helpful and caring people that always make sure I leave satisfied. I suggest giving this branch a shot if M&T is the right bank for you. You won't find a more helpful group of tellers at any bank I've ever been to.”

My 4 year old grandaughter who had to used the bathroom then and there or else. He was kind enough to let me use the employee bathroom in this emergency even thought they are usually for employees only to my understanding. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
