“They got the work done more quickly than they said, but even more quickly than I expected. No complaints about the work; waiting area was nice, staff was nice. Easy to get an appointment, too. They don't do a complimentary wash like some other places have done, but that's fine with me. Overall, worth my driving out a little farther for good, efficient service.”

“I heard a noise like a bearing was going bad in my wheel (other wheel was 2 month prior) two days before I had to drive to Ocean City, Maryland from Syracuse New York. I called Casey at infinity and I could tell by his voice that it was gonna be very difficult to get an appointment because they were so busy. I was asking for service the next day, so it was understandable. He told me to bring it in first thing in the morning so I dropped it off the night before with the early bird service. Casey had the bearing fixed by noon. I just wanted to say I know how shorthanded everyone is nowadays and I know how hard it is in retail to make customers happy, and to accommodate all their wishes. I to work in a retail environment. But Casey knew my situation was dire and that I needed to drive the car seven hours the next day and he came through and had it fixed. I thought that was so over-the-top and extremely thoughtful of him. He said he couldn't allow me to drive my family that far knowing that there could be a serious problem with the wheel during my trip. I just want him to be recognized for his caring and accommodating nature. I'm sure it must be hard to find someone in that position that really cares so much about the customer. I have always had a good experience at Infiniti of Syracuse, in all departments, but this locked me in as a loyal customer for years to come. “Stop scaring people. I stopped there and they looked at car, no appt. I have appt coming up I'll have to reschedule for Jan 6th when SOC sec comes, or we won't have food let alone Xmas. But these bad reviews scare people. I'm a 69 yr old lady supporting 2 disabled sons on SOC sec and food stamps, and I have to trust someone. He seemed nice and mechanic working his butt off. He's been in business for years, so it's not fair to scare people with horror stories. Don't scare people. I have enough problems, and 500 is alot of money for me to spend. I don't need horror stories. Don't go back if you feel that way, but don't call him a crook.”

“This is a car repair shop, very good, very nice owner, prompt repairs, can wait at the fine Bloomin' Cup Coffee House near by or go to the health food store or wine shop or hardware store or fine Chinese restaurant. The only thing is I think they are expensive. I paid over $2,000 for brake work, but maybe it was fair for all they did”

“Took Truck to Bob as I always do for a oil change and look into that the Stabilzer turns on and off which also turns off my cruse control . Turns out it is a wheel bearing that Bob replaced years ago. Expecting a $500 bill Bob calls with good news.... Warranty covered the bearing and the oil change was the only bill coming my way !! “Been a customer of AutoZone for years I will take them over everyone, even though Napa might have a higher grade selection of parts I wouldn't say better quality, but what I feel will put every AutoZone over the top is if they would just carry one product that product's name is alumaloy, even though it threatens very welder on the planet because it shouldn't do what it does and it does it well I feel like if AutoZone puts this on their shelves markets it properly they could steal a lot of customers away from their knockoff competitors advance Auto who basically has AutoZone parts at more expensive prices with less customer service more confusion twice the stress and three times the headache of dealing with the people they have working behind the counter”

“Recently purchased paint for my car, the employees were incredibly helpful with figuring out what I would need, and how much paint I should buy. When I picked up my paint I asked about metallic powder to add to it, the gentleman at the front counter handed me the rest of the bottle he had for no charge.
