Attended a summer concert (Umphrey's McGee) here during the height of COVID, in May of 2021. I had a great experience. I was able to score amazing (reserved) tickets, so I had my own socially-distanced "concert pod", which was terrific. Great view, and the stage and sound system were impressive. Parking is plentiful in a large field. The staff were friendly, and it was easy in, easy out for the most part. The COVID situation was handled very well - that is to say, with the health and safety of the band and concert patrons prioritized. I'm sure Republicans were upset (i.e., that their freedoms were violated and blah blah blah), which is totally cool with me. The facility is well laid out with reserved/GA seating options, and large areas for the Merch stand and concessions. Plenty of bathrooms. Would definitely go back; great setting for a show on a warm summer evening.

This place has the potential to be great. With continued development and improvement, it can become a destination venue. Traveling in, it was right off an exit and not hard to get to. The gravel driveway in is a little squirrelly and long but parking was pretty simple and we weren’t far from the entrance.Security was a quick check through and you’re in.As appropriately named, you are in a valley surrounded by hills and trees. Stunning property all around. Sunset was directly behind the stage adding to the aesthetic.Restrooms are port-a-pottys.Food/beer are sold at the back of the lawn right up by the entrance. Beer has a decent selection of macros and micros at your standard venue pricing. Food was satisfactory but not anything great. The sign said Limpys(?) BBQ but they sold hot dogs and frozen hockey puck burgers. Would be awesome to see some improvement on offerings and another food vendor in that space.I attended a pod show there and am mixed on the operation. First, any pods on the side are terrible. You’d rather be farther back in the middle than upfront on the side. I was in C-19 which was considered premium but could really only see the screen and not so much the stage. The dual side stage screens are aligned with the front of the stage eliminating any decent side view of the stage. You also drastically lose out on sound and lights being on the side. It’s like when the NFL had the goal posts in the front of the end zone. Poor design originally but hopefully will be addressed over time.Overall this was a beautiful place to see a show and with AVP being in its infancy, I’m excited to see what it develops into

NOT UBER OR LYFT FRIENDLY ! The venue itself is spectacular, but their idea of Uber or Lyft friendly is a drop off point at the main entrance.....which is about a legitimate mile from the stage area

Attended Tedeschi Trucks last night (7/9/21). This is a beautiful venue. The sound was perfect. We were back a ways but the 3 big screens helped with visuals. The crowd was good, mellow and no mosquitoes!Parking was easy in and out if a little muddy. My only issue was the show was supposed to start at 7 but didn’t until 8:05.I hear that the venue is having issues with neighbors over noise. I hope they are able to work it out because I would go back in the future. ( if they had started at 7 and ended by 9 the neighbors would have less to complain about).

Easy parking. Quick walk to the venue. Good prices on beer and food. Sound was great for the two shows I have been to so far. Hopefully it won't be ruined by the typical NIMBY complaining that's standard for CNY venues.

This venue is too loud for the location and is ruining the peace and beauty of the landscape it has infected with it clanging and thumping late into the night. This is a small rural community and the families around this venue have children that should be asleep hours before these concerts finish blasting their sound waves more than a mile through the hills. New protocols implemented in June 2021 have been ineffective at controlling the noise.

CNY's new hidden gem of a music venue. The place is beautiful. The venue itself is thoughtfully laid out, with video walls and delay towers, plus clean sight lines to the stage. Nice and level and grassy, with easy bar service. Bring a blanket or a chair and have a good time. Just don't try to tailgate - you'll be asked to move inside!
