They can load your license plate number and find your parts for that vehicle. 99.9% you get the right part, and if not you got the store to go back to. I ordered 4 parts. 3 in-stock and the other will be ready for pick up later today. I'll get it tomorrow. Can't get it on line that fast.

Terrible customer service experience with the Napa Lackawanna store today. Spent half hour on hold. Then went to store and received an attitude from the gentleman behind the counter. Refused to call the Michigan store to see if they had the part, stated it was closed.Side note.... had a wonderful experience at the Michigan road store. Thank you
